I mix my salad with my pasta on the side. Love the crunchy texture with the pasta and the flavor goes well with most salad dressings too :)

We have Buca here in AustinTx. Our daughter had her rehearsal dinner there. So guud! The meatballs are twice as big here but everything is bigger in TX lol they gave us all the leftovers and more!! They we’re so nice. Love them!

Here we have a thing called pastasalad. Cooked cold pasta with salad, perhaps with some kind of meat and raw vegetables and a dressing. Very delicious if you can eat pasta. I can’t. I get a serious case of tummyache.

🤔They do have a few dinners that are not family style and the family style dinners can be for as little as 2...we designed a few Buca restaurant kitchens and bars over the years...the kitchen table has held many meetings for us😉👍

It's actually quite good. My favorite is lettuce with enchiladas. It's like Mexican lettuce wrap, it's so good.

I am surprised so many do not mix salad with pasta. Pasta after awhile is boring, I need crunch mouth flavored change. Instead of bread I like butter lettuce to roll up pasta, meat, seafood, it just adds to the flavor improvement.
