I bought the boat, now looking for a modest motor. No word here on performance, at least a bit. How hard is to take a phone with a GPS tracker and do some speed measuring with one and two people onboard so we can get an idea what motor to buy.

I have to crank it for at least 5 minutes, at least 50 times before it starts, even if its hot.The choke is out and its full of gas...not as easy as on the video. It is working perfectly once it starts but the starting is a big problem. What am I doing wrong?
