What you experienced with the train hitting the car was probably not the secret as I think it just a collision glitch. Furthermore, I think that you need to have the train be at full speed when it hits you while in the car to activate the secret since it was at full speed when you got hit by it and sent to the backrooms.

A tip for those wanting to farm the nights, make a long snake like corridor (making sure it only connects one way) and make the office at the end, you can chilled in there and watch the door till like 3 or 4 depending how long you make it, by 3 you can just keep the door closed all night as long as you haven’t turned the flashlight on, cameras or door/door lights
For Old Man Consequences you might have to move side to side to go into the lake like UCN, or it's just bugged
The backroom easter egg will always be the best easter egg in any video game. It's a classic

Here's a Tip: If you want 100% on Animatronics you need to remove some stages or add Animatronics to them.
