Excellent training video. Perhaps the only video you could find that explains confusing set of half a dozen inco terms so simplified for a layman to easily understand. Kudos!
I've watch lot of videos explaining incoterms in youtube... but this video is the best and easiest to understand... thank you very much Iino San... may God repay all your kindness...
Thank you so much Iino san. I have just started a job in logistics and this video has been incredibly helpful as I had no idea what incoterms were before hand. Cannot thank you enough and cant wait to see your other vids.
Addition to EXW: the buyer is also responsible for Loading the goods onto the truck at the factory. In your video it looks like the seller loads it into the truck. Even though it happens a lot, it's important to understand it is actually the sellers responsibility/risk.
I would like to share what I have learned from the review center lang po about the INCOTERMS that you provided in this video. 1. EXW - the responsibility of the seller DOES NOT include the loading of the goods into the container. The ONLY responsibility of the seller here is to make the goods available at his place or warehouse. It is actually the ONLY INCOTERM wherein the buyer is the one who appoints his preferred freight forwarder to load and transport the goods from the seller`s warehouse to the designated place of destination of the buyer. 2. FOB - Here, the responsibility of the Seller ends when the goods are loaded onto the carrying vessel (correction: ON BOARD THE CARRYING VESSEL - NOT exporting site). The seller here does not pay the Port to Port insurance and Main Carriage or Freight 3. CFR - In this incoterm, the responsibility of the seller ends also when the goods are loaded onto the carrying vessel. However, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to note that the seller`s responsibility here includes the payment of the Main Carriage from the Country of Origin to the Country of Destination. 4. CIF - The responsibility of the seller ends also when the goods are loaded onto the carrying vessel. But, the responsibility of the seller here includes the payment of Port to Port insurance and Main Carriage or Freight. 5. DAP - The responsibility of the seller ends when the goods are delivered at the buyer`s warehouse (NOT UNLOADED - the unloading of the goods from the truck or container is the responsibility of the buyer). 6. DDP - The responsibility of the seller ends when the goods are delivered at the buyer`s warehouse (NOT UNLOADED - the unloading of the goods from the truck or container is the responsibility of the buyer). the same with DDP, BUT the payment of import duties and taxes are included in the seller`s invoice. Thus, this is the INCOTERM wherein the seller has the maximum responsibility. To those people who want to learn the 2020 INCOTERMS published by the ICC, you may grab a copy directly on their website. I hope sir that you would sequentially discuss the 11 Incoterms because merely discussing some of them would create confusion lalo na po sa mga students na first time na mag aaral ng Incoterms.
Ohayo IINO san, TKVM for the video and I have shared it to my office colleagues from the operation division, especially our Sales PIC so that they can extend a better offer when working on quotation to our Customers. Thank you Thank you.
If i say its very important video i feel like i decrease the value of your video content, so I have to say it`s life changing video i ever come across. This 9min video bit 2hr session.Thank you Sir!
Depends on your margin tbh. If your product is making you a lot of money, I think DAP (Door to Door) since you have money to spend to keep your customers happy. But if your margin is low, EXW is the best for you. You should balance it in between
Sir agar me workshop equipments (not for resale) China se through DDP mangwata hu To kya mujhe import export license chahiye hoga? Ya fir sirf GST registration se kam chal jayga?
In minute 7:30 of the video both FOB as well as CFR&CIF are considered the same with respect to responsibility. There is a nuance: in FOB responsibility goes to the seller at the moment is onboard. This is leading to confusion.
Very informative video INO-san! Many thanks for taking the time to make the following above. Just a question INO-san: Isit right to say that the Buyer (importer) will pay the freight to the Shipowner (S/O) under FOB terms whereas under CIF terms, Seller(Exporter) will pay the freight to the S/O?
Little mistake here, you described the incoterm FCA instead of EXW, the seller doesnt even have to load the package in to the vehicle, also the buyer has to make the export and import documentation, EXW should never be used for international trades, FCA os far better in such cases But all in all great content
How do you call it when it’s FOB responsibility wise , but the importer pays for the freight also from the point it leaves the factory? For example the seller is responsible for the goods as long as they are in the origin country But the buyer is responsible of paying all transportation cost. Is there a name for that?
who will pay the cost for container booking or container freight in FOB incoterms?if seller's pay for this,he will add the expense in the total invoice but if the buyer have to pay then ,he book the container and give the details to seller?
hi .about ddp shipping it is train shipping or sea shipping or air shipping and why it is take sooo long time , the supplier in alibaba make me confused
@@logisticsyoutuberiinosan2358 Hi Lino San, Honestly my company that i have worked still have trouble about payment vendor, and payment forwarder. Almost our part is imported and the incoterm is Ex Work and I hope the procurement team try to change incotem become DDP/DAP but i just Staff don't have power. So I Will try to explain about incoterm in my Instagram and my Linked. The subtitle and explanation still in English but I Will speak is Bahasa
4:02 “this point makes us to misunderstand” this phrase is incorrect because ‘makes’ is present tense and ‘to misunderstand’ is future tense. You don’t put them in the same sentence. Otherwise very helpful video!!

Thank you so much Sir :)
that was great video no doubt but as a ecommerce which type of method should i relay on the most?

Thank you for your video.
What about the cost of the container if I have goods that need to be put in a 20 or 40 feet container?
from where to where?
In minute 7:30 of the video both FOB as well as CFR&CIF are considered the same with respect to responsibility. There is a nuance: in FOB responsibility goes to the seller at the moment is onboard. This is leading to confusion.
This is simplified explanation for easy understanding.
Thank you!

Ship Owner? Sorry, I'm not familiar with this issue.
INNO San Arigato~
Very well
Before explaining the process. Explain the the abbreviation. So we know what you are describing.
Just one questions, when it’s CFR ?then who pay insurance?
CFR, Importer pay insurance.
Arigato Gozimasu !!

Thanks
Thank you
My pleasure😁

EXW +DDP can be use for international trades
@@mia-fba-freightforwarder4578 thats right, still i would recommend to use FCA instead of EXW and DAP instead of DDP for international trade

Is international trade hard or not iam wandering around it replay??
hmmm. depend on job.

If it's FOB,supplier is responsible for shipping the goods to the port, then you need to do LCL
who will pay the cost for container booking or container freight in FOB incoterms?if seller's pay for this,he will add the expense in the total invoice but if the buyer have to pay then ,he book the container and give the details to seller?
If FOB, import pays ocean freight.
If seller pays ocean freight, it will be CFR.
you can find a reliable freight forwarder help with shipping
Is EX here means previous or EXTRA?
Ex works
hi .about ddp shipping it is train shipping or sea shipping or air shipping and why it is take sooo long time , the supplier in alibaba make me confused
DDP is a trade term and is not solely limited to a single mode of transport.
In CIF insurance paid by whom
Do you need a logistics agent in China?🎉

May I dubbed in Bahasa/ Indonesia Language ? ..

Charts at end are money.
FOB all the time.
😆
Good content but background music is distracting and undermining the recitation.
Do we use all 11?
Mostly use these 6.
Se puede traducir a Español??
thanks but I don't have translator.
You forgot about FCA
Kilback Road
Does not explain what FOB, CFR, CIF etc stands for
No I didn't. I explained the flow mainly.
Background music is just soooo unnecessary
Could have done without the annoying music.
