Google meets is annoying because the slide is too small and it’s a faff to join both the call and the jam board. Zoom however is annoying because the free version is only 40mins before you have to send a new link and re-open
@@itsm1ha104 but for zoom you need the app, for google meet you need literally nothing except for a device and internet connection, so it is simpler. There could be people who don’t have a zoom account, but there won’t be anybody unable to use google meet

Do you have any info about the need for teaching opportunities on U.S. timezones (Eastern) ? Everything I am seeing is overseas on early morning or evening hours here. I am looking for day hours as a parent. I know the kids here are in school. I am wondering for that reason, if working with adults would be more of a fit?

May I ask what’s the reason why you are suggesting zoom instead of google meet? Isn’t it easier to us with google classroom?
