I had 1% on my phone an its wasnt charging due to not having my personal charger for the phone so it wouldnt really charge using my friends. I went ahead as fast as I could put my phone in max power saving mode an was able to make a phone call on 1%. I stayed on the phone with my friend for 16 mins at 1%. It charged well in good time as well with the power saving mode on. I'd say if your like me an suck at getting the phone to stay above 15% put it power saving mode, let it charge for a min you'll have your phone most of the day, you're welcome lol
