High caffeine drinks (even some teas) can have a surprising effect! Had to learn that the hard way. I really didn’t want to lose my ‘fun’ beverages but I’ve since found fun non-caffeinated hot/cold drinks and only have 1 source of caffeine a day. Highly recommend for those facing the same!

I had the same anxiety problem and found out it’s the caffeine. I used to drink coffee, monster, monster, coffee with some water in between. I went cold turkey no more energy drinks and only 1 cup of coffee a day, and within 3 days I realized it was the caffeine. All anxiety gone. GONE. I allow myself 1 energy drink on the weekend and that’s it. It’s a fun way to try new flavors lol
Yes very true , I had the same thing and it definitely does help to not drink energy drinks. I remember destiny previously not liking energy drinks but then got into them and now drinks a lot of them and have noticed the anxiety seems to be worse so could be the correlation.
I just did the same thing! The difference in my anxiety is crazy after drinking Alani’s daily for years at this point I didn’t even notice. I sleep so much better too! Just an iced coffee in the morning and or just sip half of a can if I’m craving an Alani!

Girly squirrel, as much as we all know Alani's are amazing, they are terrible for anxiety. Any energy drink is sooo bad for anxiety. The only way I can function with caffeine is if I split one of those for 3 days!

Its the same that happens with famous people, we forget that they are real and they have a life and emotions. As a 30-something I want to comment on this but in the most constructive way. I hope it comes off that way, because this truly comes from a place of caring. As someone who is older and has anxiety and depression disorders, it would be in your best interest to get into therapy if you can. If you need to talk to someone, or if medication is an option down the line, you'll want to get ahold of your anxiety before it gets worse, as you get older and some more heavy life things will become more prevalent. You're young, which is awesome. You also have the ability to live at home and work from home which many people don't have the option to do. I'm not saying you have no worries, but the worries that you currently have could only get worse as time goes on. When you turn 26 and you're on your own insurance, when you decide to move out and have to manage your own money and you don't have your parents for support (and I don't mean the financial kind), or if you do decide to go to school down the line - these are all big changes that you'll want to have a solid foundation for! I think as someone who is not going to college, you have the opportunity right now to have many experiences that other people your age will not have and you'll grow in other ways they won't be able to either. However, if you're not properly managing your mental health right now, it can only be a catalyst for the future. I think you try to do a good job in managing your time with to-do lists, making sure you have a schedule, and other things like that, but ultimately there's something underlying that you might not be able to manage on your own. And I think over the last few months, as a viewer we can see that for some reason the anxiety has been affecting you more and more. Again, I completely hope this comes across in the best way, as this comes from a place of love! I've watched your channel for about a year or so and I really enjoy your content, and I think everyone can tell how much time and effort you put into it. I hope your anxiety is able to be managed better in the future, because we all hope for your continued success! 💖

I have to have background noise too.I can't do music when im reading. My background has to be a specific show or youtube channel and has to be something I have seen. I have severe anxiety to having somekind of background helps. Sometimes I search ambience sounds or something like that on youtube. No voices or anything or actual music like regular songs. (hope that makes sense) bc it is sound but not typical music you think of. Again, I hope I am making sense.
For better sleep, consider not drinking caffeine after 1 or 2pm. This allows your body to work the caffeine out of your system before bed. It helps me a ton!

This may have no correlation, but I feel like if you did AP Lit or Honors English or just excelled in your english classes then they might be apart of the reason why we're like this. I'm very loquacious. So whenever I speak I try to make sure I get everything out but also make sure it's concisr and in the right order. It can be a bit anxiety inducing I'm not gonna lie.😅

please talk to someone about your anxiety if it’s debilitating and if you haven’t already. there are resources out there that can help you and you don’t have to deal with it alone i hope this doesn't come off as being rude, that is not my intention, i am just speaking from experience because i was literally at my breaking point when i finally got help for my anxiety and if you don't deal with it early, it will get worse as you get older
