The early video releases lacked the original monural sound mix, which has since been included on DVD Blu-Ray. TV Tropes' Digital Destruction page lists three scenes that were affected. Not to mention the Distributed by Bunea Vista card is missing despite being on the demo version.
This print of the film appears to be derived from the 1990 theatrical re-release which presented the film in Dolby Stereo for the first time ever (according to the commentary on the 2007 Platinum DVD the film's background music score was recorded in stereo, but was mixed down to mono on the original 1967 release). The French version of this VHS (released in Canada) adds the 1989/1990 version of the Walt Disney Pictures logo, even though it was not included on the English releases of the film's Walt Disney Classics VHS.
The Platinum DVD's remix has a bit of issues TV Tropes' Digital Destruction page doesn't really get into other than the score being played a bit louder and not as crystal clear sounding. Some of the backing tracks (for the songs) that may have possibly been derived from an alternate "music and effects" track has some hiss and crackling. Also, some instruments during the Vultures intro scene "Whatchya Wanna Do?" are inexplicably missing.
