I have no idea if that's true or not, but if it is, that would account for Circus Comes To Clown with original titles on this tape.

My Mexican Spanish VHS of Tarzan has an alternate version of "Celebrate the Future", the trailer from "An Extremely Goofy Movie" and the "Toy Story 2" teaser (not the one in this video), the video trailer from "Doug: The 1st movie", the video trailer from Pinocchio, a "Disneyland" promo and a Disney DVD promo.

It's a coincidence you uploaded this now: I had watched Disney's "Tarzan" again recently. While it was good for the most part, the ending felt too much like the filmmakers wanted to ripoff the ending of "The Lion King" -- after the animal "father figure" d*es, Tarzan positions himself as the new leader of the apes (that tries to be similar to when Simba roars on the tippy-top of Pride Rock), then gets together with his new girlfriend (Jane) in this case after she has reservations against going back to England, then the movie finally ends with a bouncy rendition of the film's opening song.
