Happy to be a new sub!!!! Nice video! Simple and simply what I needed! And yes, better bring the manual at all time, it’s hard to remember all the number when you’re new to it. What’s your area mate?
@willisbcteoh9840 mostly... the power input plug can be a bit funky, so be sure to keep the wire not too tight and away from vibration if possible... also, i had problems using a passthrough for the mic, but after plugging straight into the main unit, its worked fine... other than that its been awesome and id buy one again
That's some fairly poor range from that kit. The GME I have with the 2.1 dbi easily gets 2 plus kms. Seems like the Ecox gear is a poorly reverse engineered copy of the GME.
Hey Mate, Currently for what I've been doing and using it for I have not had to much of a drama. Saying that I did after the video played around with some of the settings and were able to iron out some of the distance/clarity issues
Very good video. Thanks for making it. Helpes me to decide which I should buy. Cheers 🍻
Great vid, fantastic unit for comms 👍The Manual is very good as well.
Thanks mate glade you enjoyed it!

@MikeSmithKook, thanks, Mike, for your quick and informative reply. Cheers mate 👍
What if you drown your truck with the unit under your seat?
If it dies it dies, with the cost of one I’m happy to replace if that’s the case
