      No worries, so on a scale of 9 to 10, how would you rate the new Rogue, and why is it the best compact crossover of all time? :)
      28:45 You noticed that too! My '23 does the same thing, everyone on the forum complains about it. The car accelerates faster if you put it down 4/5ths of the way, but if you actually floor it then its slower. Looks like Nissan still hasn't fixed that glitch. :(

    I just picked up my brand new 2024 Nissan Rogue SL and oh my goodness I just love it. I traded in my 2020 Nissan Rogue SL and I’m so glad that I did. Great video and I’m so glad that you went through on how to get to the satellite radio cause I totally forgot how to get there and same with the sound system to. Very helpful 🤗🙏🏻

      @@lawrencedanyluk797 Disappointing compared to the expectations I had about the new 2024 Nissan Rogue SL, since it does not have the same equipment and accessories, even with the premium package, of my 2023 Rogue SL.
      It is very sad that it has not improved except in information and the digital cluster, since it continues to be manufactured without the low level of window washer water alarm, without the Bose tweeter speakers, without the ambient light, without the Rogue light in the doors, without the cover of the trunk, without the activation or unlocking buttons for the rear doors, and other “little things” that my 2023 SL does have, plus they no longer manufacture Rogué SL or Platinum in Silver Brilliant colors!
      It is supposed to be a matter of improving, updating and innovating and this is not happening!
      I must comment that the “leather” upholstery is still of poor quality, as are the piano black finishes.

    I just traded a 2023 Rogue SE for a 2024 Rogue Platinum with HUD! This is the neatest car I have ever had!! I have really learned so much from your video that I did not know. Thank you! e.g.I did not know how to stop the downturn mirrors when you back up. I did not know how to turn on the steering assist button on the left. I have placed a “suicide knob” on the wheel and I can go “ hands off” longer. Great job Mike!

    Traded in my 2013 Cadillac CTS for a 2024 Nissan Rogue and I am not mad about it. It is very comparable. The biggest difference I have experienced so far is the sound system. Other than that it is pretty much the same experience. Not a huge fan of the google assist, but it works and it’s fun to have it in the car.

    Have a 23 SL… thanks you covered it all and taught me features the salesman didn’t.Yeah 2 years stuff i didn’t know I had.So far so good my satisfaction with it.True on driver assist.Only gripe is when you hit a bad bump rear end seems like some sway.Lot of criticism for cvt but I know they added a better cooling system for it and heat is a cvt’s worst enemy.Had the Pathfinder 1st year and no problems for 13 years..we’ll see with this 23 .

    It is absolutely amazing to me that almost no one is smart enough to figure out how these lane keeping assist systems work. They don't need you to "jiggle" the steering wheel! EVERY manufacturer does it the same way, this is not a Nissan issue. There's a torque sensor inside the steering column and all it needs from you is to feel torque from your hand. Put one hand on the damn wheel and hold it steady. the torque sensor will feel the weight of your arm and never set off the alert. As a car reviewer, you'd think you'd know that. SMH

    • @MikesCarInfo
      @MikesCarInfo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @lcann251 No, they don't "all work the same way". Some vehicles have a grip sensor in the wheel. Others like this one requires occasional movement of the wheel by the driver to confirm the wheel is held.

    • @lcann251
      @lcann251 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MikesCarInfo show me mainstream car in the class you are reviewing that has a grip sensor. I have a Subaru Crosstrek that acts exactly the same as the Nissan and it's a fantastic system. Nissan's pro pilot assist is one of the best out there.

    • @MikesCarInfo
      @MikesCarInfo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You insulted my intelligence based solely on your very limited knowledge on the subject. I don't feel very motivated to try to help educate you. These details are demonstrated on hundreds of videos I have made over the years.

    • @lcann251
      @lcann251 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MikesCarInfo "my very limited knowledge" is being a car geek for 40 years. I eat, sleep, and breathe EVERYTHING cars. If you don't believe I'm right, go test it again on your next video. Rest one finger with moderate pressure on either side of the steering wheel as it's cruising down the road and it won't alert you. Period.

    • @MikesCarInfo
      @MikesCarInfo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @lcann251 Obviously, if there is constant pressure on the wheel, then it will not trigger an alert. My point was that I can actually hold the wheel with two hands (like you are supposed to), and it still triggers alerts. Jiggling the steering wheel is a quick way of making the alert go away.
