He wouldn't have been able to keep the money because during the time it was made, fair use was still being decided and was typically erring against parody.

haha that actually happened to me sort of. I was getting harassed by someone and they kept calling and texting back to back where I couldn't click anything. this was in 2010. it over heated and shut off and when I finally got it back on it had reset. 😭
