An alternative would be to record the audio onto another device such as your mobile. Pause the recording when the commercial kicks in and continue to record when it ends, or edit out the commercial. You then have an uninterrupted 30 minutes guided Metta meditation. 😁❤️🙏
Beautiful guided meditation, but ot was rather distracting to have a commercial in the middle 🙈🙊🙉

You could edit in breaks easily exactly where you’d like them with software. Good idea.
Thank you for this metta meditation. It feels very heartfelt and intimate. It may be my phone but the volume seems to go up and down a lot and can be hard to hear at times. When I put the volume up it can sound a bit too loud. Just feedback.
