    Wonderful but… half way through an add pops up trying to get me on a property seminar, then again another with tony Robbins. I think guided meditation and dharma talks chanels without ads are more beneficial. Regardless thankyou david & twim 🙏🏼

    This is a very useful meditation. Highly recommended to learn to let go of one's unwanted emotional baggage! Much needed in these times. Thanks for recording this.
    Sound quality not great though- any chance of a clearer recording please?
    I think a follow up to this would be helpful. Of when you have learnt forgiveness how to go about dealing with the consequences of those situations in everyday life? Possibly a very big ask!
