I'm 50 now, but I can remember when I was 13 and my grandfather threw away my uncles motorcycles. My God, those bikes would be worth a fortune now.
No matter how many times i watch these videos, it never gets old.
I absolutely agree! 👍
Why not donate then?
@@reginaldbowls7180 i have.
Matt, it's you. We love Dale and his passion but it is your marketing that is making Wheels Through Time what it is today. I love watching you wrench in the bikes and your excitement.
WTT, Matt, his dad, and all the people involved are national treasures. Soooooooo thankful at least one person like Matt still exists in America today!
Your knowledge and kindness are gifts your Dad and Mom taught you well!
This place is on my bucket list👍🏼
Must be the only museum where they all run. Easy if the museum has 20 bikes but that many. Fantastic achievement. I live 45 minutes from the National Motorcycle Museum in the UK. The passion you exude is missing in the UK.
All the bikes in the NMA in Birmingham UK are also runners, if your a member you get the chance to ride them when they have a runout day.
Matt is the perfect man for this place, rock on. I do miss Dale he was just on fire.
Pretty amazing what happens when passion meets up with knowledge, skill, and deep understanding. Wheels Through Time, Truly a National treasure as is the person making this happen. Thanks Matt!
TT Racer is a fire breathing dragon! Unbelievable sound! Congradulations on your 21 years.
Holy shit that '42 Knucklehead is super mean! Bless the WTT Museum, you folks rule!
That TT bike is my favorite after hearing the sounds it makes.
Simply incredible ! All the cool old iron running there , and more over , the story's behind them. Wow !!! If I had half of the knowledge Matt ( and the rest of the crew there ) have in their pinky finger , it would probably make my head explode ! The only issue I have going to wheels through time , I don't think I could ever leave. Incredible job everyone is doing there !!! Keep going ! The world is a little bit brighter because of what you all do. Thank you so very much.
The 1942 tt sounded freaking superb. 😮
I like it. A special way to honor your dad.
I love it that you are carrying the torch so strongly. You honor your dad by keeping the dream alive in your manner, yet true to the spirit.
'42 Badass Scooter! 👍
I watched you're dad do burn outs in 2009 on the Crocker. Y'all crazy! I love that the tradition continues! Had a great time at the museum 2 weeks ago and can't wait to visit again.
That hemmy head crocker growls, it's like a big game cat is inside it. I love it
Sweet Museum!👍
Matt couldn't even cut the video short to save his 54' vette interior from the rain. Dedication. It looked like it was killing him. But, he wasnt goin out that door u til he pushed the raffle bike. Great job Matt. Really hop I make it there one day soon.
You are a best mechanic and a good teacher too, Sir. Thank you
What a great place to go and see some of the rarest motorcycle and memorabilia, I look forward to visiting there again
I have been to wheels through time a few times. The best museum I have ever been to and it is more than that. I love the crocker!
I’m sure you are very proud of your father I hope you are blessed with his passion for bikes
LOVE '42 TT racer man....what a song it plays!!!WOW!
42 tt racer omg ! it sounded GREAT . Wow . burner out winner !.......
Unbeliveble burnout!!
I would love to see some of John Parham's collection added to yours.
Love this channel, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed to win one of these classic gems.👍
I did not know how a 1912 Harley Davidson was started I learned something knew today, thank you for your content .
Probably been a dozen times since they opened in Maggie Valley. One of the first times, the place was nearly empty, and Fale gave me a personal tour. Had some great discussions over the years with him and Matt. Planning to go back this summer.
Congratulations on your 21 years... Can't wait to see the museum. Planning on making it for the 22nd...
Happy Anniversary to you, family and all the people that’s keeping your dad’s vision alive. Thank you for another awesome video. From Jerry D. Western Massachusetts.
I learned about Dale from Mike and Frank on American Pickers, loved the shows where Dale was in it.
Цей музей це просто неймовірне місце, мрія мого життя
This is heaven for bike lover Harley for ever.
I was there 21 years ago and had a personal tour by your dad. I have been back many times still have the leather patch he gave me on one of the trips. I was there also just before he passed but was still getting around, I did not speak to him. The little blonde was trying her best to get him back in his office I think. I followed them on that lap of the museum. Every year with the Slingshots I am back in there and notice something that I had not seen before.
Hearing them run was a treat!!
Matt I have never been to the museum. I live in Maine. I feel like I have been there. You are a eloquent host. I started watching your dad on A and E in the 90z. Carry yourself with a whole bunch of pride. You have your hands full!!!
Awesome job!!! Dedication is top word I would use to describe your character.
Know this your dad is looking down on you with a smile!!! Great job!!!
Always a joy to watch these museum shows...
Excellent job Matt. I am sure Dale is looking down at you with a huge grin. Big thumbs up from your friends in northern Alberta ,Canada. 👍👍👍👍
CANADA!...
Love your dad's trike Flathead Springer❤
Just got done watching you and your partner get that old 45 out of the junk yard the one with the rear tire that had about a hour left lol. But it was really nice to see you guys enjoy getting it running and you did a few burnouts looked like a tractor tire on the rear.. Thank you all so much for everything you all do. God bless you and yours. Fred. Update NY, I just looked at the miles to the musuim 789 about a 11-12 hour ride. Your so blessed to be able to have the history from your dad and his friends and family.
This place is an American treasure...
I feel like I just visited your Museum. Added to the Savoy and peterson. Thanks.
That Crocket is a fierce machine.
We were there yesterday. Really enjoy this museum!
Always look forward to the great videos. Been to the museum twice and look forward to the next visit. Happy anniversary.
When he’s saying the place is a little overwhelming, he ain’t lying. I saw someone commented they wouldn’t want to leave. It’s overload and you kinda have to just leave. The best way to do this one is to be in the area a few days, over take in what you can and then leave and visit again another day. Incredible museum, best I’ve ever visited hands down. Even if you’re not into bikes I think you would get something out of that place.
We love the mini lap👍🌟
Absofreakinglutely amazing! Bucket list destination! A must see!
Friggin awesome guys doing burnouts in your museum is top shelf.
What am I doing here, as a Green enemy of internal combustion? Two things: I spent a lot of my youth underway on bikes, including a Whizzer and a Marusho.. And it's just another wonderful demonstration of our ingenuity as humans.
Lunch is on me if you're ever in town. Cheers from sunny Vienna, Scott
The WLA is stunning, there is so much history at Wheels through Time it's not even funny!
Best hour of my year !! Just awesome !! I watch this and reflect about my late father Bill Latta 23/7/26 - 1/2/2020 . Life long mechanic , owned Indian's , Velocette, Harleys here in Australia after WW2 . Rode bikes and didn’t own a car until he was late 40’s . Thank you Wheels through time 🙏🏻
This place is just amazing ! The work these guys are doing to preserve maintain and educate us on a very important part of American history, goes above and beyond. I've owned a motorcycle shop for past 30 years just retired, I know the work involved in keeping rare machines like these running and also keeping a roof over head to house them so folks like you and me can come visit and appreciate ! Please help these guys to continue doing this good work. Any little bit that you can scrape up I'm sure would be much appreciated to them. I've been around motorcycles like these all my life and I just learned a lot by watching this video and I thought I knew everything. This place is definitely on my bucket list as I tour around the country in a motorhome visiting different museums I can't wait to come here and support them ! Good Job Guys !!!!!
Amazing place you got there,,so interesting to see and so rich in history,,god bless you guys and keep rolling👍
I currently work with a weld inspector here in chesterfield michigan that used to work with Ron Finch back in the day, we bs about motorcycles all the time
If I ever get to the USA. W T Time is the first place I'd like to visit.
👍💓☮️🇨🇦☕🦫
A million thumbs up, every video.....
I have to make a trip down and visit the museum. So many amazing bikes.
Was there on June 26, 2023. Fantastic visit.
Hopefully, the 37 Harley Knucklehead will be mine. My 04 Victory Kingpin is yearning for a stable partner.
Great video, the burnouts were great, to heck with health and safety 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Congratulations from your many fans in the H-D Riders Club Great Britain, we often follow your exploits in our club magazine and on our website (which is where I saw this), we will be 75 next year so we do like to see how you youngsters are doing!!
Paul, club archivist.
Ahh! Two wheeled heaven.
You should set up a sounds thru time display .do a chronological tour of all the Harley V-twins and their sound...from the teens til now
Love looking at the old bikes but never wanted too own one.
I have got to go to the museum sometime, i had some health issues recently and am trying to play catch-up with the bills but intend to get some raffle tickets , i own and ride a 2003 Moto Guzzi California Stone Touring, always wanted a Indian.👍 God Bless
God damn that sound!! Way to end the video! Hd tt racer for the win, im in love!
Love that the motorcycles in the museum run 😎⚡️⚡️❣️💯
I was there 07-07-23 I checked it off my bucket list. it is something to see to say the least. Unreal of what was in that Museum.
Thank you for posting this. It was quite enjoyable. I have been to a few museums around the country and have yet to be able to come there. But I watch everything you have posted. If I may, there is a little place in ST. Francis Kansas called the "ST. Francis Motorcycle Museum" and if you ever get a chance to visit, you will see some other pretty rare bikes. Elk, Thor. Limited, and much more. I hope to be there to see you soon.
Burnouts inside the museum might be the illest thing I've ever seen. With a few museum laps too... Pure excellence!!!
Love this channel so many cool 😎 old motorcycles.
I have a nice rear motorcycle a 1989 FXRT-DULX serial number one
One of one with every available factory option
Love this stuff. Glad I found this channel. What about some land speed and drag racing bikes? Like the choppers, it would be cool to document some of the conceptual and experimental things those guys did to try and compete. No pressure, but would be supper cool to see your what you say and think about those versions of American ingenuity.
That Indian chopper is just way too cool. Back in the day, those girder front ends were extended with Ford radius rods. If memory serves.
Driving to the states this summer hope to stop in and see wheels thru time
My favorite is your dad's 45 trike. It started everything.
I love the Reading Standard race bike fully restored 😎.
Very mic bikes. Really liked the 2 HD in the very beginning of the video on the wooden platform. Seeing that Crocker was awesome as well. Really like that white 42 Indian that you built. Amazing bikes and amazing museum.
As a museum goer you should install a nice audio system and get a few wireless lapel microphones so the entire museum audience can hear the presentation when you or someone else walks around giving these awesome tours. I’ve always noticed it’s hard to hear during the tours with everyone else talking or being towards the back. Some tours carry handheld speakers that almost always sound like crap, are hard to hear and oftentimes so tin sounding they are hard to understand.
I just love watching this stuff. I would be like a boy in the sweet shop. I really sooooo wanna come. Live in England so it won’t happen that quick but I have gotta do it!!!
Safe rides 🤜👍
Awesome museum… and show… hope one day I get get to Maggie Valley NC… preferably on a MC…
The amount of knowledge you have is amazing! Definitely thinking of a holiday from the uk to come see the museum and you guys.
Have to visit one day ❤
NOBODY rides their exhibits INSIDE their museum!!
YOUR AWESOME!!
Happy birthday Matt
Awesome collection would love to visit one
Fantastic museum and presentation
I love this channel
Incredible.
👉amazing....nice to Destinations..🤘😎
Dale, You Rock.
awesome great work guys
I'd love to see you bring one of your bikes to Jay Leno's garage & let him ride it & then have you ride one of his
Absolutely priceless! Great job!
Happy 21st anniversary!
She sounds good. Reminds me of the sound of drag pipes at like 4k
amazing collection , soooo love the servi car .
I've watched a fair few of your videos and this is the first time I've seen or heard of the Harley flat twin.
Hi Matt love your videos. From Carbondale IL
