Well, I'll be damned.
The reverse double hole garbage mod seems to spawn you with a checkerboard start along with giving you the most cancerous garbage known to man, all the while removing your ability to cancel garbage completely.
This run could definitely see improvement but I'll hold off on serious attempts until later.
