I think this one may be my favorite. I like the mirror image flip. I like the size of the rooms. I love the double gable front porch. I like the master bath with the big shower and the linen cabinet and the open water closet with a window allows so mush sunshine into the bath. This could be a very comfortable house for anyone.
This is a very nice home with a lot of attention to detail. The porch deck and side steps are over the top! A garage would be icing on the cake. Too bad you aren"t in Florida,
The only item that would make this better would be to have a true foyer similar to the Sparden. I like the larger utility room that can provide space for an upright freezer and a water softener
