Hi ...I tried your tutorial ,but the problem was that ,the hair comes as obj together with hair scalp .... So ...for that reason i import first the hair obj in 3D Max ,and detach the scalp ,then just after this import the hair obj in to character creator so will be more better without that scalp ....We can use any scalp we want after this ... than also ...If you type on google images ,, hair ,, there you will find also natural hair texture and opacity style textures
Hello! I think this trick doesn't work anymore? Whenever i export the hair it is invisible. Even inside Character Creator, scaling the hair up doesn't work because there is just a transparent mesh or something. Eitherway the mesh is invisible in windows 3d application and also inside CC3. Is there any fix?
@@FreedomArts3D I managed to fix the issue by importing the hair obj into Blender and export it from there as an fbx file and then import it as accessory inside Character Creator.
Thank you for the video. Can you please give some tips on how to get a weightmap for the hair and an opacity/bump map so that the hair we make, will look like the hair you made at the start of the video? I've been trying to make my own hair for a while now, and in the end, not having a good weight and opacity map is what makes the end result not good. Would really appreciate a great tip on how to make those. THank you again.
@@FreedomArts3D Will have to try several times and watch your video again. The obj. hair I end up with is tiny (which is not a problem) but also invisible. No way I can get it to be visible in CC3. I must have done something wrong. If you know what I forgot, please tell me. Will be re-watching your video's and try to figure out what I did wrong in Vroid. Thanks again for the videos!

Hi ...I tried your tutorial ,but the problem was that ,the hair comes as obj together with hair scalp .... So ...for that reason i import first the hair obj in 3D Max ,and detach the scalp ,then just after this import the hair obj in to character creator so will be more better without that scalp ....We can use any scalp we want after this ... than also ...If you type on google images ,, hair ,, there you will find also natural hair texture and opacity style textures

Hi, send your character to iClone first, and drag in the obj into iclone, and attact it as accesory to the avatar head, and send to CC3 again.

Oh, ya. So far I only can create simple hair like this. For too complicated 3D hair, I'm still on learning progress.
