Bijjat Maharaj Temple, Sarain (Sarahan) | Churdhar Trek Vlog 3 | Himachal Pradesh | Shimla | Chaupal

In this vlog, I explore the Bijjat Maharaj Temple in Sarain, which is also the base for the Churdhar Trek. The ancient temple can be easily accessed by road or by foot. I also explore the beautiful village of Sarain (also known as Sarahan).
In the previous vlog, I trekked to Churdhar temple and the peak from a point near Sarain in November 2021 and come back to the village on the same day. Traditionally, trekkers start their trek from either Nohradhar or Sarain village. But in this video, I explore a new route to Churdhar. Parking is not an issue in Sarain Village. Yes, a few homestays are available in the village.
