Clearly this list is wrong, Final Word is the hardest mechanic in the whole game. Getting a FFXIV player to do literally nothing for 5 seconds is truly impossible content. :3c
TOP was my very first ultimate that i cleared. The amount of hours i put into studying p5 was insane. Never knew a boss phase could be this technical. And after many hours of studying, simming and farming I'm still reliant on a teammate to solve p5 omega lol
@@riddert4966 If you have trouble reading the omega dodges, Xivsim has a good sim for that, it helped me out a lot when I was progging and when I occasionally go back into top I spend a good 10 minutes in there to warm up lmao.
I'd disagree with that tbh. P1 isn't hard, you just learn the prio and movement and then use your eyes to see if you have to flex. P2 is polarizing because I actually think Party Synergy is the hardest mechanic in TOP, but it's immediately followed by Limitless Synergy which is the easiest mechanic in top. P3 is also polarizing, Hello World is one of the easiest mechanics in TOP, followed immediately by Monitors which, while not the hardest mechanic ever, has enough nuance to make it annoying to prog. P4 isn't a real phase. Melee lb3, move left and right a bunch, boom ya done. P5 as a whole is definitely one of if not the most difficult phases in an ultimate. P6 is, much like every final ultimate phase, a study check under massive pressure. None of the mechanics are particularly difficult, the difficulty comes from the pressure of being 17 minutes into the fight and one mistake meaning you get set back to the start.
@@Spiritchuckpvp if party synergy wasn't early in the fight, and sandwiched between some of the easiest mechanics in ultimates. id say it would've been hardest ultimate mechanic ever.
@@revolver9345 Agreed, I don't think there's a single standalone mechanic as hard as party synergy. It's not even a complicated mechanic, the difficulty is the speed. In the span of like 7 seconds you need to ascertain where the eye is, what your color is, whether you need to flex for your color partner (healers need not apply), what the debuff is, identify which clones are real, and what weapons each real clone has. But like you said, it's early on into the fight so you'll get a ton of reps and get a lot of muscle memory for it. If Omega dodges were this hard, it would be the single hardest thing in this game, full stop.
Would the top 10 hardest fights in the game be ranked like this? 1. TOP 2. DSR 3. FRU 4. UCOB 5. TEA 6. T7S MINE 7. UWU 8. P8S MINE 9. A8S MINE 10. E8S MINE
Honorable Mentions:
- P2 UCoB
- P2 TOP
- P5 DSR

Great video but ill be honest dsr p2 and p3 are harder than 2-5
The whole list could be dsr 😂. Would love to see a big list
Haven't watched the vid yet but tbh this whole list could be just top phases lol.
I'd disagree with that tbh.

Towers in UCOB was probably the hardest for my group. For TEA it had to be wormhole until I made a macro for my static. Don’t think we’ll ever do top
Those two are definitely some of the hardest mechanics in the game. If the other mech in that phase is harder, I would easily pick it.
Great list! Agree with all of it as a melee dps!
Depending on your role, split BJCC is insanely easy xD
Playing caster on moof strat is quite literally standing still for the entire phase
