    𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐧 4 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬
    1. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must either speak good or remain silent."
    2. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮
    3. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐟𝐬
A man said to the Prophet (ﷺ) , "Advise me! "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious."
Stay away from people or things that make you angry.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to us: When one of you becomes angry while standing, he should sit down. If the anger leaves him, well and good; otherwise he should lie down.
    4. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭
Before sleeping, forgive all those who have wronged you and say that you will not disobey Allah even though they have disobeyed Allah in the way they have treated me.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No one of you shall become a true believer until he desires for his brother what he desires for himself".
Forgive others so that Allah forgives you on the Day of Judgement.

    Dua for Sincere Repentance (Tawbah)
This dua emphasizes seeking Allah’s forgiveness for all sins, with a promise of not returning to them.
Allahumma inni astaghfiruka min kulli dhanbin adh-nabtuhu, wa atubu ilayka min kulli ma'siyatin irtakabtuhā, faghfir lee warhamni, innaka antal-Raheem.
    Translation:
"O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for every sin I have committed, and I turn to You in repentance for every disobedience I have engaged in. So forgive me and have mercy on me, for You are the Most Merciful."

    ⚠️Correction: "Manners" =/ "Mannerisms"
The speaker used "mannerisms" interchangably with "manners," which is incorrect.
✅Manners are related to character and virtue, and mannerisms are merely body movements or speech patterns. Two different things.
    Manner (definition):
    1. a way in which a thing is done or happens.
    2. a person's outward bearing or way of behaving toward others.
    Mannerism (definition):
a habitual gesture or way of speaking or behaving; an idiosyncrasy.
He translated the hadith wrong, stating that Rasulullah (sal Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa salam) came to perfect "mannerisms," which is false.
He (sal Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa salam) came to perfect manners or character.
