I just started seeing these episodes today and I'm loving it. In every soap opera there will be someone who will sleep with someone else. Elias figured he lost Lari and he needed to feel connected to another person. I think he will regret it.

Hats off to these writers and producers. Totally unforeseable twist and absolutely titillating. I am in shock at the audacity. Besides Miska is absolutely gorgeous, not only physically but his acting was superb and I must say that that sulking moment was exhilarating!. Anybody would fall for such a splendid man after the wishy washy Lari. It may be that they didn't "do" anything, so the Larias romance can go on unrealisticaly. I certainly hope they "did" and wait to see more audacious twists.

First Elias ruins Lari's life and Lari still does everything to be with him. He only went to that camp so his father would let him do what he wants. And then Elias does this. He always blames others for being selfish, even though he always only thinks of himself.
Really? That's awfully one sided. Elias did not ruin Lari's life for one. He never made him do anything. Elias has forgiven him for bullying him and making his life miserable. Elias has forgiven him for all of his out lashes, one that even got him a concussion on the ice. Elias almost lost his best friend protecting his relationship with him and Elias has been patient while Lari accepts himself and him. Elias was on the receiving end of a lot of nasty sentiments and rejection from someone who he loved. That is a lot to ask from a teenager and no Elias hasn't been perfect, but he's more than met him half way. This situation isn't all Lari's fault, but something had to give. One can only take so much.

That opening scene between Lari and Elias was some of their best work. Very powerful. I really don't know about that ending though. I hope they aren't going down that same road that so many others do :(

You can't exactly blame him for doing something like that. He's been messed around by Lari from day one and he's gone through so much emotional pain. Sometimes a person who is vulnerable takes the first piece of comfort they come across, in this case someone who made him happy, if only for a night. Maybe this will make Lari realise that he can't play with Elias's emotions forever. We all have only so much we can take. Now they have to try and glue it together once again. This should be fun! :)

I'm kind of in the same situation. I've been dangling on a string for my bf for a year and half. His family causes so much drama. His mother wants him to get married to a woman and give her grandchildren. I still love him, but I have a limit with what I will put my heart through.
This episode is more than I'd have imagined; many times Elias try to find Lari and do anything to be OK, but I think Lari wasn't strong enough to fight against his father, He always changes his mind and Elias is in the middle, I understand what Elias did, he was so painful and angry. On the other hand, When I saw the Lari's face, it was so sad and makes me feel so blue. The outcome was predictable as soon as the hot guy showed up, but his showing up was a surprise! The story crept like a snail, then suddenly flew like a rocket! I'm glad Elias did this. Lari didn't really make clear that he had a plan, if he had one beyond hoping Ikka would keep his promise, which he didn't explain to Elias. Meanwhile, Elias is only human, he ran out of patience, he's in pain, he wants a good man, & the guy was hot, out, kind & understanding. Lari can't take Elias for granted.

Each to their own-the boy band look of Miska doesn't do it for me, definitely not my thing- too polished and gelled. If I had to pick it would be Lari, dark hair, rugged good looks, deep voice, body to die for and those blue grey eyes YES! Talking of eyes Soile has really got pretty eyes.

My understanding that he is the newest addition to the cast. I don't know if he is as regular as the other youngsters. He is most likely reading initial reaction to his performance here and should be happy with that.
Its somewhat funny how so many people can sit, making all these judgments other these totally fictional characters, as if in real life under the same conditions they'd do any better. Lust, temptations are real and very difficult to over come. You can't be rejected as many times as Elias, time after time without eventually getting hurt. It does not make what he did right, but its certainly understandable. You can't keep your man in permanent blue balls and expect him to keep them on ice. I agree!
It was fast of Elias to jump in the bed with a new guy but I'm sure he did it as a way to get Lari out of his system once and for all. Now It's up to Lari to decide if he wants to fight for Elias or just go on with his life. I absolutely believe it was a good idea for him to leave the camp no matter what happens between him and Elias.
At least for a rebound, Elias chose someone who can relate to his problems and help him back to Lari. Pick a cute guy who knows what you are going through for solace until your true love returns.

To those who'd want more patience from Elias: He's been mocked by Lari, he's been beaten by him, he's been rejected many times, he had to suffer Lari's teasing him with girls, and now Lari wants to see if (his word) he can be str8. More patience?. As for this being a gay thing: from my experience with a psychologist, the girls that allow this to be done to them are the ones that end up beaten by their boyfriends or husbands. This is not true love, this is sick.
I hope Lari lets Elias know that he is there because if he returns the camp this will get really long and boring because honestly I'm getting sick of Lari just going back and forth with if he wants to be with Elias or not. They need NEW drama and this could be it if Lari does stay there.

I was thrilled at this twist. It was about time for Elias to find some dignity left in him and send that prick out of his life (at least for a while lol). But this being soap and meant mainly for housewives I'm afraid Miska just conforted Elias and they just cuddled (yeah, right, as in real life lol). The twist I dread now is Lari going back to camp, getting a woman pregnant, Elias feeling guilty and somehow getting back together with a baby. It happened in the States!. Hopefully this is Finland
Well everybody seems to like the new boy, he's really cute in deed!! I think also that Lari needs to fight for Elias for once! And if he doesn't get him back, i'm fine with this new couple, maybe they will be more comfortable in public display of affection!
wtf...Elias should be reminded that he is the one asking Lari to come out of the closet this whole time even when Lari is clearly not ready and the timing isn't right either. Me too,Read some comments,Lari at 17 is just to give up his ONLY family member & make big deciscions as a minor.Yes he's been an idiot towards Elias in the past but what he said to Elias has come true in soap style-he lost his dream of becoming a Hockey player,got beaten up by his hockey team/friends & his dad doesn't accept him as gay-even though Elias tries to understand he has a big family-3 moms/dad & brother.Lari wants to hold on to his only family member whether right or wrong..
For those of you down on Elias remember that last scene (and several others) where Lari gave Elias the message that he didn't know what he wanted re: Elias. Yea the hook-up was really quick, but it's understandable. Elias was vulnerable and upset. This should cause Lari to realize that he can't play with Elias's feelings like he has done so many times in the past. If he really loves Elias he's going to fight for him and that includes standing up to his idiot father. I'm betting that he does.

I don't know how soap operas works there in Finland, but here in brazil they last around 6 months, maybe more maybe less depending on the show sucess, and then it's the end, gone for ever, nevermore. But I know that Salatut elämät is on air since 1999, so I guess it's based on seasons, and each new season brings new characters and take some old characters out... So, how long will elias and Lari story last?
sad that Elias had to jump into bed with the first pretty face that came along. I understand his frustration with Lari, but Elias is not being very sympathetic to the incredible pressure Lari is under - his father is not accepting him the way Elias' father has. Lari is still a dependent and subject to his father's authority - not an easy position to be in. Lari has been very brave, but is torn between his love and his family. I'm very interested to see how this plays out!
I do understand how Elias sees the situation. Also kind of understand what Lari is going through with his dad. But it has seen like Elias has been doing most of the chasing. Lari definitely needs to decide if he wants to live a lie for the sake of his dad. Or get on and live his life his way. Elias does need a lock on his door. Also this miska is definitely fit. That he'll always have some scheme that he can guilt Lari into either trying or pretending to try. Whether he's pretending or not is immaterial because either way, Iikka is interefering in their lives. That's why Elias said Lari is a "sissy" and "not a real man".

My understanding that he is the newest addition to the cast. I don't know if he is as regular as the other youngsters. He is most likely reading initial reaction to his performance here and should be happy with that.

Its somewhat funny how so many people can sit, making all these judgments other these totally fictional characters, as if in real life under the same conditions they'd do any better. Lust, temptations are real and very difficult to over come. You can't be rejected as many times as Elias, time after time without eventually getting hurt. It does not make what he did right, but its certainly understandable. You can't keep your man in permanent blue balls and expect him to keep them on ice. I agree!
It was fast of Elias to jump in the bed with a new guy but I'm sure he did it as a way to get Lari out of his system once and for all. Now It's up to Lari to decide if he wants to fight for Elias or just go on with his life. I absolutely believe it was a good idea for him to leave the camp no matter what happens between him and Elias.

Perhaps Elias dad, step mom could have a talk to Ikka but he won't change till something drastic happens to his son I suspect that makes him see the light of day. Lari is hurt and I suspect he will trot back to camp with his tail between his legs. It all adds up to more misery but I believe the boys will get back together eventually- sigh
To those who'd want more patience from Elias: He's been mocked by Lari, he's been beaten by him, he's been rejected many times, he had to suffer Lari's teasing him with girls, and now Lari wants to see if (his word) he can be str8. More patience?. As for this being a gay thing: from my experience with a psychologist, the girls that allow this to be done to them are the ones that end up beaten by their boyfriends or husbands. This is not true love, this is sick.

I hope Lari lets Elias know that he is there because if he returns the camp this will get really long and boring because honestly I'm getting sick of Lari just going back and forth with if he wants to be with Elias or not. They need NEW drama and this could be it if Lari does stay there.
+1. It would be one thing if Lari walked into Moose and saw them flirting, or even kissing, but Elias wasted NO time in hopping into bed with someone else. If I were Lari, that would make me question how strong Elias' feelings were to begin with. Even though I understand Elias' frustration, I'm 100% on Lari's side with this.
I was thrilled at this twist. It was about time for Elias to find some dignity left in him and send that prick out of his life (at least for a while lol). But this being soap and meant mainly for housewives I'm afraid Miska just conforted Elias and they just cuddled (yeah, right, as in real life lol). The twist I dread now is Lari going back to camp, getting a woman pregnant, Elias feeling guilty and somehow getting back together with a baby. It happened in the States!. Hopefully this is Finland
Well everybody seems to like the new boy, he's really cute in deed!! I think also that Lari needs to fight for Elias for once! And if he doesn't get him back, i'm fine with this new couple, maybe they will be more comfortable in public display of affection!
wtf...Elias should be reminded that he is the one asking Lari to come out of the closet this whole time even when Lari is clearly not ready and the timing isn't right either. And he has seen what a whack job Lari's farther is. Now he gave this whole 'I'm sick of everything' speech and jumped into next guy's arms. It just doesn't make any sense, at all. Bravo writers of this episode, brilliant job, you managed to lower the IQ of the whole show.

Me too,Read some comments,Lari at 17 is just to give up his ONLY family member & make big deciscions as a minor.Yes he's been an idiot towards Elias in the past but what he said to Elias has come true in soap style-he lost his dream of becoming a Hockey player,got beaten up by his hockey team/friends & his dad doesn't accept him as gay-even though Elias tries to understand he has a big family-3 moms/dad & brother.Lari wants to hold on to his only family member whether right or wrong..
For those of you down on Elias remember that last scene (and several others) where Lari gave Elias the message that he didn't know what he wanted re: Elias. Yea the hook-up was really quick, but it's understandable. Elias was vulnerable and upset. This should cause Lari to realize that he can't play with Elias's feelings like he has done so many times in the past. If he really loves Elias he's going to fight for him and that includes standing up to his idiot father. I'm betting that he does.
I support Elias at all, he doesn't deserve to be in second place because of Lari's always do what his dad says.

Thank you, missfin! But I wanted to ask you something... How long will Larias' story last? I don't know how soap operas works there in Finland, but here in brazil they last around 6 months, maybe more maybe less depending on the show sucess, and then it's the end, gone for ever, nevermore. But I know that Salatut elämät is on air since 1999, so I guess it's based on seasons, and each new season brings new characters and take some old characters out... So, how long will elias and Lari story last?
Elias should be with Miska now :O, Maybe Lari might fight for Elias and that might change my mind.

sad that Elias had to jump into bed with the first pretty face that came along. I understand his frustration with Lari, but Elias is not being very sympathetic to the incredible pressure Lari is under - his father is not accepting him the way Elias' father has. Lari is still a dependent and subject to his father's authority - not an easy position to be in. Lari has been very brave, but is torn between his love and his family. I'm very interested to see how this plays out!
I do understand how Elias sees the situation. Also kind of understand what Lari is going through with his dad. But it has seen like Elias has been doing most of the chasing. Lari definitely needs to decide if he wants to live a lie for the sake of his dad. Or get on and live his life his way.

I can see that the guys here understands the situation better than girls, I completely support Elias choice, he was a mess with all that stuffs happening and when his friends left him he saw a cute guy to confort him. I would do the same, now it's up to Lari, is his fault.
I am on Lari's side this time. Elias could be a bit pushy sometimes and not deal with the situation in a mature way (not that Lari is very good either). He is deeply hurt as no matter what, he loves Elias deeply.
I seriously don't feel sorry for Larry. It was time for him to control his own life and stand up for love!. So many times he's gone back!. And Elias's supported him in every way possible. Be a man Lari!

Both Lari and Elias have the right to pursue happiness. If Lari thinks his happiness is to hold on to his only family member left even if it means constantly hurting Elias, that's his rightful choice. If Elias thinks he's had enough abuse and it's time to move on, that's his rightful choice too. Lari had problems for being gay, not because of Elias, who was bullied too for being gay not because of Lari. Personally I'm glad Elias has found some self respect, this being soap drama, for how long?.

I really wish I could agree with you. Lari's problem is that he's too damn old to not know how to say what he mean's, to mean what he says. A problem Elias has never had, this kid speaks his damn mind, and he's the better for it. If Lari meant that he's forced to endure that camp, but can do whatever he wants after, he should have open that damn mouth of his and plainly stated that. As a result, Elias took him at his word and found someone else. As far as being more sympathetic, REALLY !

Lari is much better than the new kid. Plus If I know the one I love is being manipulated by his psycho dad and has to go through all this shit, there is no way I can go to bed with anyone else. And even if their relationship is over and Elias does find a nice gay, they don't need to get into bed on the first night!
@Frippot, I wonder how much difference that would've made to Elias? Lari has let his father control his life for so long, Elias fears Lari will never break free of Iikka. That he'll always have some scheme that he can guilt Lari into either trying or pretending to try. Whether he's pretending or not is immaterial because either way, Iikka is interefering in their lives. That's why Elias said Lari is a "sissy" and "not a real man".
