8.24.24 Kellys Motorsports Park Open Practice

The resurrected Batavia Kart track is open again for practice this year but plans to race karts in 2025. The 5/8 mile track has been repaired, the track has been sealed and the grounds cleaned up after being abandoned in 2007. The track is a little slick and a little rough with the worst being the jump by the start finish line. With my KA I ran a few laps in the mid 33's but I can see that time easily being improved. Congratulations to Mike and his family and friends who have taken on this challenge to bring this gem back.
