Omg i thought i was tripping because i was like "he looks like the guy in the bus game!" And now finally someone has confirmed it. Thank u, i can now rest.
In the manga, the guy in the bus with the broken leg was lying. He was't injured and was working for the other team like Momoka (the witch in 10 of heart). I think this flashback gives us another rat since this betrayal was never mentioned in season 1. A huge miss cause we could have had a Usual Suspect moment.
And the most annoying and tricky games. I rather have physical games than mind games. If chishiya even said this game give him a headache, than you know this game is hard.
The reason why kuzuryu chose acid in his game is because he wanted the game to be fair. He was willing to the feel the pain that players felt in stage 1.
I think if you watch this series with the assumption that everyone wants to go back to the real world, you will find it ridiculous. The reality is that in real life, many people dont want to live because its hard. Also keep in mind that this genre is popular in Japan, because life in Japan, particularly the pressures of the workplace and school, is extremely stressful. The suicide rate over there is unreal. So why wouldnt someone want to go back to the real world? There are many reasons. In Borderland, they find something that the real world doesnt. And those wjo cant handle Borderland choose death. We see this all throughout the series. So instead of projecting your own preferences, try to empathize with the characters and their situations. Youll enjoy it a lot more
I think Chishiya put his life on the hands of the King of Diamonds since they had both peered behind the curtain and basically had the same ideals about life. Its like win or lose it doesn’t matter.
Back in season 1, Karube and Arisu joined the Tag Game primarily to find a doctor to help Chota. Turned out, there was actually one in that game and Arisu literally became acquainted with him. LOL
Apparantly in the manga, the reason the King of Diamonds is called "Beauty Contest" is because it mentions the 19th Century "Keynesian Beauty Contest", where people, in order to gain profit, voted not for the most "beautiful"(in their opinion) but for the most "popular". "It is a famous experiment for behavioral economics" they said(the stock market guy).
Chishiya didn't beat the king of diamonds. For the first time he was at his limit, against a challange even he can't beat. At the jack of hearts he had to take 1 in 2 chance. Here he was left with 1 in 27. He had to ask to be saved. He lost his faith in humans after his experiances in the hospital, as the king did in his law firm. But together, by talking to each other and understanding each other they found their faith again. They changed the game from one of out smarting each other to something else. Chishiya survived because the king sacrficed himself to save him, because Chishiya found in himself the hope in humanity that allowed him to trust in the king good heart, and because in his base he is a good man that want to save children, so he could be honest and say he would give the vaccine to poor children. It did seem like the point of all the games for him was that moment, that changed his outlook on life. He proved this true change of heart when he stoped the bullet in the 7th episode.
In manga, King of Diamonds presses the buttom "0" and "1" at the same time, because he couldn't choose whose lives weight more so he lets the outcome choose. And the outcome is the system choose "0", so King still dies. I think it's more resonable at this way because this game is just about"you can decide whose lives is more valuable even if this is your very own life.", don't know why drama changes this final and makes King like "suicide" at the end.(But this is still so good and makes King more cool. I really love the King of Diamonds game!!!)
The next 2 episode is the best one and i can guarantee it gonna make you cry hard. The final boss, the toughest, ruthless, stronger and badass boss is coming. ALL HAIL KING OF SPADES.

51:30 - Yes, that is the girl you're thinking of. Her name is Mira. She was an "undercover" executive alongside Kuzuryu (Former Number Two / King of Diamonds) at the Beach, and when the Beach went up in flames they received their own games, Kuzuryu as the King of Diamonds and Mira as.. someone else. But she is the same one that was shown on the monitors at the end of Season 1, to announce the next set of games, the face games.
god damn. the queen of spades death. i still cant get over how precise the lasers are. homegirl was literally falling to her death and the laser still managed to hit her perfectly in the head.
2:14 He made a really interesting point. There wasn't a consequence or a benefit either way on being on the winning team. If there was an incentive to being with the Queen, then Yes, let me stay on her side. Instead, it was just, Stay on the majority and you will be safe. But this next episode.....OH MAN! Things turn quickly!
The incentive is with the player's team as that's how you clear the game and get to maybe return to the real world in the end With the Queen you just stay there and that's it, although you could wait for another player's team and join them when you feel they can win
Queen of spades game was made up by Netflix, so yeah it has incoherencies The fact last round is players team means it's easy to convince everyone to tag each other for the blue team like they did
@@SuzyLuOfficial i have seen worse CGI i like the survival Type Shows a Season 2 is announced. But the Show gets better every Episode its like Resident Evil only better. The Glory is more Drama Revenge Show with great acting.

The girl with the black hair and the king of diamonds were both undercover as executive members at the beach yes the girl with the black hair was the girl at the monitors at the end of season one she is also a face card master cant spoil which one but i think it was already said but anyways cant be too sure
Not throwing shade, but it's funny (to me, knowing how it all ends) how they are laughing and making guesses (28:00), not realizing what is about to happen.
On paper these could have been a boring game, however, getting to know the backstory of these characters and how it was done it ended up being so emotional...
What I didn't understand in the Tag episode, is...well, two things: 1) When the Queen in the Tag episode first meets all the new players, she only has like a handful of people on her team. To me, it seemed like either she had more but the game forced her to only keep a few, OR she and they were all that made it through the previous round. Which, to me didn't make sense, unless for some reason, there were fewer players in total than in the game Arisu 'nem were playing. Secondly, why didn't the Queen, when she realized that she was going to lose the game when Arisu 'nem played, why didn't she just have someone tag her, so she would be on the winning team, or was that a possibility? Did she HAVE to die is my question.
1) it probably means there weren’t that many players in the last game before Arisu 2) She was the “king” therefore she could not switch sides, just like the kid. I tried to answer the best way I can. Hopefully it makes sense.👍👍
Chishiya aka sephiroth really hated by Death itself his just too good in the Borderlands and i already have the idea that his in a medical field so he so observant for a normie carried the game like a chad

That part reminds me of the saw movie. The trap feels like jigsaw type of trap
what chishiya did wasnt even a plan, it wasn't any sort of scheme, he's just ready to be killed by his curiosity.
