Alright, alright, alright. So here I am, smoothest dude on this side of security. Fresh kicks, headphones thumpin' salsa fuego, carry-on tighter than a boa constrictor. This Rio adventure was gonna be legendary. But the travel gods, man, those dudes got a twisted sense of humor. It started with a questionable street taco. Looked good, smelled good, tasted… well, let's just say my taste buds threw a fiesta and my insides weren't invited. But hey, I'm a smooth operator, I can handle a little internal mambo. Besides, the in-flight movie was "Anaconda," so a little rumbling down under wasn't gonna scare me. NOPE. Famous last thought, my friend. Fast forward, turbulence hits, and suddenly my gut's breakdancing with a mariachi band as its soundtrack. Every bump feels like a drum solo in my intestines. I'm lookin' at the flight attendant like, "Señorita, por favor, can you tell the pilot to chill with the sky salsa?" But turbulence ain't got nothin' on what's brewing in my system. The bathroom becomes my throne, a porcelain palacio reeking of regret. Every time that fasten seatbelt sign comes on, I'm praying for a divine siesta from this intestinal earthquake. Meanwhile, the in-flight entertainment's all, "Explore the Amazon Rainforest!" and I'm thinkin', "Yeah, explore the rainforest erupting from my backside!" Finally, we land in Rio. I emerge lookin' like I tangoed with a particularly grumpy toucan. This dude next to me, seasoned traveler with a knowing smirk, pats me on the back and says, "Welcome to the mile-high club, amigo. Nobody talks about it." Man, I wanted to laugh, but the thought sent shivers down my spine - the kind that weren't from the cheap plane AC. So yeah, Rio trip didn't go as planned. My itinerary crumpled faster than a churro in a hurricane. But hey, at least I got a story, right? A story that'll be forever etched in the travel memoirs I may or may not write - with invisible ink, for sure. i think you just took wrong hotel in Peshawar. Most hotel are run by those people whom came from quite small town and villages so they do smile but do often irritate and most of time you feel harass while in room. so getting hotel in Pakistan, one should need to check location , staff should be elder on young ones thou you often found young lads , room should have ventilate and have clean floor, bath and bed. and most of all if you feel any sort of dizziness or hesitate immediately leave the hotel you well got sick your blood pressure got low you may felt lost. i been gone throw all these shit experience for last 7 to 8 months so this is their culture with BIG smile
Our hotel was fine! Perfect central location and the staff looked after us well
Ellis you should avoid the local water and ice and most of all you should not be eating the local salad, i.e. cucumber, tomato lettuce 🥬
Every other country in the world we eat/drink those things, maybe Pakistan is just dodgy aha
That weird looking potato dish you had at night time in the street I am sure it gave you the upset stomach. A lot of local also avoid that dish.
Really aha how come?!
I think they add some kind of cream or yogurt in it and with out refrigeration it sit there no one knows long..so I always avoid it and lot of my friends as well. @@EllisWR
