quick note for irl:
especially in the winter, pls don't ever turn out a sweaty/hot/tired horse in a pasture right after work (I can't stress enough how especially bad it would be in the winter). Loved the vid but the EQS degree in me had to say it
I always sweat scrape them before putting them out, and if it's long-term, then I will give them a sheet outside or something to keep them warm. In this case, Corduroy was only out for a small amount of time. Thank you for letting us all know, it's very important information! :D

do you use a certain editing platform? I've been trying to make and edit videos but it's always turned out glitchy and bad quality.
I use SVP 17, I believe I made this using SVP 16 or 17. I suggest using an editor your PC can handle, that also handles the clips well. My first editing software made the quality terrible, so that's why I upgraded! :)
Do you have other people to film you when making your montages? I just want to know cause I try to make my own rrp and wanted to know how you filmed them. 😊

Hi! I have a horse that I need help with.
So we just got this cute AQH named Bumblebee but he isn’t settling in like we thought. We got him about 7 weeks ago, and we think he is around 14-15. As far as we know he hasn’t had any traumatic experiences, but he doesn’t like any of the other horses, and isn’t drinking enough. On top of that he has a limp, but is very shy so I’m scared to get the vet What should I do?
My new pony is named Bumble bee, how coincidental! :o
Bumblebee sounds like the typical new horse. Horses need time to get used to their new surroundings, especially if they're not very experienced in traveling a lot. When horses get stressed or aren't used to a new place, they will usually not eat or drink normally and this can result in slight weight loss. If it doesn't pick up soon, you may need to contact a vet to organize a solution, as horses are one of those animals that can't go more than few days without nutrients.
My newer horses always are standoffish to my current horses, so I usually wean them into trusting each other like controlled meetings or pasturing them beside each other. Maybe something scent-related like showing Bumblebee your other horses scent next to his food may work!
The limp sounds serious, especially if you bought him from someone you trust. If you're worried about your vet with a shy horse, vets are armed with horse tranquilizer to keep the horse subdued enough to examine them, so I would make sure to explore that option before the limp gets worse or the horse wasn't sold correctly.
Bumblebee sounds so sweet, hopefully this helps you with the new boy! :D
Thank you! After seeing this I got the vet right away. He has a slight hind quarter injury. She says if we do some stretches and get chiropractic he should be better in a few mounthes we are also putting a supplement in his grain. As for the other horses, Bumblebee loves my pony diamond. They get along great! Once again thanks for the help ❤️
