I am not sure how to behave with other people I my trying to be my self but it is really hard after a hard day of school you vids make me happy. It is so nice to see your progress and your understanding positive way of working with him, you never once got frustrated with him and when he struggled at the fifth jump you just simply pulled him around and tried again. I am excited for you two and hope you post more videos of your progress soon! :)

It is so nice to hear feedback on my attitude with him, I hope that kind of disciplinary feedback is normalized in riding IRL, a lot of people find that rejecting a jump is a horrible thing when it just means the horse may not of had enough time to react. I did a show on Saturday on Jasper or King of hearts and he did so well for his fist show! We were able to place 4th in flat and 5th in hunters! So proud of him!

Hi! So i need some advice. I rescued an andalusion stallion, he doesnt trust anyone and wont let anyone touch him or anything. I have had him for over 2 months and have tried but havent made any progress! I am hoping to get him into jumping or dressage. He wont let anyone get near him or put a halter on. Please reply if you have time! ❤️
If you can, try some lunging exercises. Your main goal with this horse is to let him know you can be trusted. I hate to say this, but you're probably a long way off from jumping if he's this bad, but I wish you all of the luck in his progress and future! :)

( She’s a mare and doesn’t have any experience at all ) I am still training my two other horses and I’m not sure how I should start training her as a jumping horse.. Mares are definitely an interesting case, so good luck with her! First off, I would see how experienced she is. Sometimes when we purchase/rescue horses, it's best to see where they left off with their previous rider or experience and build up from there. Or, you could start with groundwork and working with her individually to make sure you have a bond with her. It's hard to give you a lot of tips without more of a description, but I am sure you two will do great together, congratulations on a new horse! :)
If you would like to start training her as a jumping horse I would suggest doing lots of flat work to build up her muscles. I usually use a chute or lunging method to teach my horses to jump. I just set up a low fence and junge them over it until they indeed stand how to go over it. Hope this helps!!

Cool! I recommend doing some poles, I did that with my baby trakhenner and he is a top eventer!
