Celcily is so so good at going from 0 to a 100 real quick! Her crying gets to me every time. 😌👌🏽👏🏼👏🏼 And Awkwafina knocking all the baby crap down and defending her is GREAT XD

The Baby Shower sketches are always weak. Which is a shame, because the female cast members all have so much talent, and any other all-female sketch would be really good.
You're right, the pizza was the only good part of this.
Watching a variety show is like opening a pack of trading cards: a random assortment of quality, and some people are going to ask why you are still into it.

This is the second sketch I've seen where Cecilys Character brings a friend to a babyshower who is really extra and over protective lol I wonder how often this happens to her 😂
I don't think snl writers did their homework to see what Awkwafina is capable of doing. They downplayed her talents on last nights show.

Every baby shower sketch is gold. But somehow never as awkward or weird as a real one.

i like to think the underline meaning in this sketch had something to do with pizza.
I think the main point of the sketch is "Cecily's character feels mistreated by the others, but really she's just a whiny diva, and she brought an overprotective friend along to give her the support she doesn't need", but the writing needed to be more focused.
“Pizza’s a plate” Yaaasss this sketch was great, Awkwafina popped the hell out of those balloons 😂

I think a lot of snl skits have not been too funny lately.
Awkafina had some good antics so it helped this skit.

I made the mistake of trying to watch this while trying to be quiet. My wife is sleeping. I should have known Awkwafina was going to make me laugh. Leslie and I lost it at the same time.😂

Why didn't SNL use Awkwafina! She's funny yet they didn't give her anything funny to do in the skits. The writing fell short this episode.

I think they were trying to do a remake of the snl sketch with Schumer when Cecile brings Amy to the baby shower and Cecile loses her purse and Amy goes crazy blaming all the friends for stealing her purse
