I was at the Liverpool vs United Legends game at Anfield last year and even despite the fact that he's in his 40's and has been retired for years, his passing ability was still absolutely world class. Such an amazing generational talent who's often been swept under the radar because he played alongside other attack minded players who were often the centres of attention

What a beautiful career ! Played in some of the biggest clubs in the world , was a fully respected and admired starter in all , no ego , did his time now he is coaching , a legend of football.
I remember seeing some footage of Xabi and Iniesta warming up for a Spain game. They were hitting 40m volley passes to each other, controlling with their chest, maybe taking a touch with the thigh, then banging a perfectly flighted pass back to the other guy. The ball didn't touch the ground for about 30 passes. It looked like they could've easily kept doing it all day. Absolutely incredible. I've never seen anything like it.
