What are the name of the towns where the water is contaminated and toxic?

This work was performed in Allensworth, in Tulare County, California. There are hundreds of sites in California Central Valley where the groundwater has unacceptably high (toxic) levels of arsenic. Arsenic is colorless, odorless, and tasteless; its presence and concentration must be measured using specialized equipment.

This is a drastic reduction of arsenic. Is there an ion exchange resin that will offer a more modest reduction in a much lower tech system?
