I’m saying not to judge the timing. Some of his victims were teens. Some of his victims felt they wouldn’t be believed. Some were scared of his power money and influence. Finally someone came forward in a major way and it’s emboldened others, who have hopefully healed and grown up to realize it’s not their fault, to do the same. I’m sure there is or will be a couple false accusations out there, but not all of them.

I am confused by the dates. If the lookback is 20 years and the crime occurred in 2003 then this is not a "new lawsuit" because it must have been filed in 2023 not 2024 to meet the 20 year lookback requirement.
