I'm not a huge classic hymn guy, but this one is definitely at the top of my list. It was a long time standard for the All-Ohio State Fair Youth Choir when I was a member in 1995. Such a beautiful song, and to no surprise you guys gave a stunning rendition of it.
Could I make a suggestion of a gospel/ regular song compilation. Sing Bette Midlers The Rose With the lyrics to what a friend using the same tune as The Rose. I’ve heard it done that way before, and it’s beautiful.
Absolutely incredible performance. In times like these we need uplifting music like this. I love the piano arrangement as well- do you have the sheet music to it?
The vocal harmonies were absolutely amazing. Right from the men's section at the begining through to the end. Exceptional. Just one small constructive criticism, if I may please? I would have preferred the piano to have been played more softly (quieter). I think this was the best I have heard you do since Les Mis! Really well done.
@@JerryLeBaron Dad LeBaron, your children and their spouses are very talented but this had to start somewhere. Are you also a singer? Did you train your children, or did they have a different teacher? The piano is beautiful
@@emilywilding1327 Thank-you! I do sing, but nowhere near the level that our kids do. Their mom was always one to organize their learning and she was the program director of the early singing. I have been fortunate to have been their accompanist throughout the years on the piano. Thanks for watching 👀.
