From what I've seen from console match replay theres no way to export the full file and be able to switch between different players and such. The only way to export any match replay footage at all is just save some footage as a video from the console recording

It lasts the whole round and sometimes whole matches with constant shooting from someone’s gun and cuts all other audio but the shooting. It ruins almost all my games so far this season and I keep from playing ranked so I can actually have a chance if ubi fixes sound.
The only thing you could really do with console submissions is call out MnK players which is usually pretty obvious since they dont really try to hide it

Cheater hate effort and hacking a console requires that and even if you buy one you still need to have good knowledge for up keep of the system vs pc where you download and click run on a few programs
