Hi sir I submitted the documents for approval in medavakkam area nearly it was more than 2 years before but every time they are saying documents missing second time submitted in February 2021 but still again they are telling documents missed again I don't know why these happen

There should be transparency in all process for general public, as per Govt norm they have already fixed the amount for all process, but due to under the table formalities good things is not happening... Yes. Those who are taking bribe never realise that this is going to be curse on them and their families. I gave bribe 12000/- for getting patta name transfer work to manimangalam vo two years back. After troubling me fir one year he did my job inspite of taking under table. Even today I pray God that he and his family should suffer. My stomach is burning. These corrupted people will not have peaceful life at the end of their living

My house is located in Chennai Copn limit located abutting 65 ft road. Planning construct permissible level of floors with 3 bed room flats above the existing building which is 26 yrs old spreading 1357 sq. ft area. Pl advise the following:
1. Whether you can inspect the bulds for verifying its structural strength.
2. Whether construction above existing bulds is permisdble?
3. How many floors will be allowed to construct.

Bro, you said front side 10 feet and other three sides 5 feet space to be left open, is there any building in any city is constructed in that manner. In cities buying a 600 sqft place is a herculion task for any ordinary person , how it possible to get approval for such plot.
Apartments and most buildings which are being built inside city limits are built that ways sir.

Hi sir, pls help me in finalizing the per square feet rate with contractor, as contractor has finalised for 2000/sqft, but now I want the home to be build with AAC and gypsum plastering inside my house, so how to bring down sq ft rate?
If they have experience in building with AAC blocks and gypsum plastering they will know the exact cost and reduce sir, if not they won't

Process is hectic and too much of bribe ..shameless people working in corporation . They need to be arrested or if the state government is having guts and if they are really concerned on the people.and honest , outsource this process to private sector company with some contract agreement. We don't want any government staff for this process
