What a lovely calming vidio...I live 3 minutes from the Med just south of Barcelona having moved here 20 years ago and as beautiful as it is I always tell people who ask me about the UK is I do miss the the rivers and the streams ...many thanks regards from Catalunya..
Very happy memories of the Yealm and like you we were told of its beauty long before we actually gave it a visit. Some friends who have a large and very seaworthy yacht in Sutton prefer the short jaunt to stay in the Yealm more than venturing further afield and spend a lot of time there. Good food and a warm welcome at the Yealm Yacht Club on Riverside Rd. and of course there the Ship Inn in Noss Mayo if you want to splurge on some Posh Nosh (best to walk to it though if the the tide is on the ebb!).
