Yeah, sorry, guys, an important part of storytelling got cut off. 1200 EUR is a price for our T3, which is 100 sq. meters. So, each person pays 400 EUR/ mont, I feel like it's a good deal for Porto

      @@KarinaKurenkova_ It's not a good deal.

And that's why more and more Portuguese people have to live on the streets. That amount is more than what most people earn a month

@@KarinaKurenkova_ it's unfortunately nowadays a regular price for Porto. But cannot be considered good for Porto or praised, considering life conditions of locals and salaries. Only in these last 2 years rent went up like crazy. This is not affordable to our salaries or having a family.
People from Porto were always very happy hosts to visitors. Thrilled to have foreigners moving here. But no one saw it coming. This is not controlled and it's killing Porto and it's authenticity. Attracting foreign investment... It's easy to make money in other countries and come here with lower tax than locals and think it's all cheap.
Now think studying to have a career, like being a teacher and cannot even afford rent or buying an apartment to have a family. Taxes for locals being more than double then digital nomads that make their money abroad and move here for tax benefits and rents exploded ... Unfortunately there it goes the love for hosting.

It would really be important for us your followers, to know your opinion about what russia is doing to Ukraine and Europe . At least for us here in Portugal. Portuguese people is very worried with the Ukrainian people and its independence.

You are too childish, immature; I wish you not to experience the dictatorship of the Jewish oligarchy, which is set up like a Swiss watch. Even by writing this comment I am taking a risk. The Russian people are a cover. You are not tormented by a feeling of shame for your colonist ancestors...and this is the channel of an English teacher and not the Minister of Defense and your incitement is inappropriate here. You can show your heroism by receiving Russian citizenship and show how you will act in our shoes. No politics! Happy New Year!
