- MY AUSTRALIAN FRIENDS SHANNON AND EMMA ARE BACK!
And we are going to CAMIGUIN, a paradise island born of fire (it has 7 volcanoes!) and my 72nd province!
From Buda in Davao and via Bukidnon, I drive to Cagayan de Oro, where Emma, Shannon and Dave will be landing that evening! And what an arrival it was!
Then, we of course had to surprise Boding. That is just an essential thing to do in CDO. It should appear on Tripadvisor. And so we all went to Joey's house and ate an excellent beef soup!
Waking up in my rooftop tent (it came in very handy!) it's time for the real adventure.
A two hour drive to Balingoan port then a one hour hop to Camiguin Island - it seems very simple, right? But then we were driving the ferry!
First stop in Camiguin is pizza (of course?) and the next day a short tour over the island's volcanic core!
Adventure. What's next?

Hey, Kumander Daot. Don't lose hope. Adding organic fertilizer is great(not synthetic, please) , but there's one simple way of getting your calamansi to bear abudantly. Gather banana plant stalks and leaves, take the whole tree, if you may call it, then cut them into 100mm length. Put them around the calamansi tree(on the ground). This will provide the necessary Potassium the plant needed to bear abundant fruit. Try it and you'll be amazed. You don't lose anything if you try it.

Good day KD🍻, as of late, I lost touch with your video's. So, I'm catching up & just watched your latest actually. I'm glad you featured Camiguin Island and seeing changes on the island as I was last there abt 19 yrs ago. People here are warm, humble, respectable and food was great. October is their Lanzones festival. The ferry ride brought me memories. The resort we were staying, right behind it, one could see the peak of Mt. Hibuk-Hibuk. Great video KD👌 Next it's time to watch your videos taken in June. Cheers! ✌️

KD, when you go back to Camiguin, don’t forget to visit the sanctuary of the giant clams plus the tiny islands around Camiguin. You can only see these tiny islands when the ocean is low low.
