Filipino Reactor. Keeping it real and natural.
I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living outside the Philippines due to job assignment. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my TH-cam Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club president and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
WHAT IS THE GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others may actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
I have come to a point of trying to find a greater purpose in life, something beyond just being happy for a moment. Happiness in life is more meaningful if we choose to be useful, be honorable, be compassionate, and make a difference.

And also, about EXO’s vocals. I went to watch EXO concerts twice and a kpop convention and they never fails to surprise their fans with their powerful and perfect LIVE VOCALS. I repeat LIVE VOCALS. I will never ever recover from hearing those for real. Their concerts are usually 3 hrs long and damn, the moment their intro plays up to the very end, I AM HAVING GOOSEBUMPS and MENTAL BREAKDOWN.

Being able to witness their concert is one of the greatest moment of my life. I was able to see this stage when they had concert in the Philippines. Their voices sounds like the heaven was opening up and when they appear bathe in glowing lights they took my breath away cause they were all look surreal. Super enjoy and never a dull moment with them. Time went so fast they all in the venue went "walang uuwi". Truly they refine what a boy band is. They were crazily talented and when they look at their fans which I personally witness they look so sincere that if they could memorize each faces in the audience they would.
