So heres the reason I use 60hz, loads of others do it, it gives them a advantage so I do it too so I have the same advantage as them, same point as you but from a different view, so no, it's not a skill issue in that case because you have just as big of a advantage as everybody else.
Also, you're using a valve, a quest on 60hz is very different and if you can't branch with 60hz then thats a skill issue because it's just as good for me.
Also 60hz is not considered low hz 50 or less is. Low hz/fps isn't the problem, it's the fact that it gives you something called predictions, not trying to start beef just giving some info

The only reason I use 60hz is because people on valve index have a huge advantage via gives speed boost and it’s a big one and the tracking is very good and the controllers are 7 inches about long. So if they hold it by the ends they are way taller so that’s the reason bc it’s not fair to get it to have a huge in advantage in the game compared to standalone players without pcs because they can’t afford so that’s why is the only way to be good on walls

And for reporting cheaters, people who are on standalone...
Press on the Menu button, and click on the character with the " ! ", it's for reporting people without the board and cheaters can't dodge it :D
So you can report people at distance or mute them and they'll never know it

12:01 the kid says no way your not on steam, I assume he was just stating that but if he wasn't im saying this. to those who think that just because they play on steam there modding, It looks like they're modding but thats because the physics of steam, and especially the valve index have different physiscs than quest. people who play on steam and index can go faster than people who play on standalone quest. If someone says they play on steam dont report them unless they were walking up a wall walking in air or flying. I often get accused of cheating when i admit that i play on steam, to quest players, most people on steam are just people having fun like you.
Yeah well if you looked at comp rules non steam headsets are banned in official comp so if your on quest 2or3 steam it’s bannable because it ads predictions especially pico 4 it has the highest predictions out of every headset because it’s not even from the U.S And pico doesn’t even have a speed cap bro so yeah if your on no steam headsets you should be playing on stand-alone unlike me I have a rift s so I can play steam.
Btw u can just report them through the Oculus menu all u do is open it then the person with ! Click that then report

Actually under 45 is bannable in normal GTAG under 60 is only illegal if used in gtc/cgt scrims so the lowest u can go is 45 if playing basic GTAG like default or comp if you play officially then it’s not ok.

on standalone the highest hertz is 60 and lowest is 50 so i just use 50

In my opinion 60 hz is a really bad and laggy 72 is my fav and 144 is good I can be actually vert better on 144 than 72but I allways over jump on 144 so that my I use 72 more

It is legal however it does give you an advantage in some things like ground and walls. For example going 0 to 60 in .5 seconds in a 60 is legal it doesnt mean that you dont have an advantage in a race...
60hz isn’t an advantage I played on 80, 90, 120, and even 144 and I was around the same skill level on everything 60hz is good for branching mainly I know bc I main branches and you don’t stick bc on higher hz you tend to stick more and comp lobby’s have know cheaters, just because they are better than you don’t mean they cheat.
