Help me here ..... their biggest concern was a missing bathroom on the first floor and having to climb too many stairs to reach the bathroom ..... now, they are ending up with one only bathroom that is at the furthest away from the action and her mom and 3 kids have to climb the stairs at night to get to the bathroom. And where di they locate the loo downstairs? In Christy's plans, it didn't exist and at the reveal they didn't show it .... It's one of the few times in the series, that I feel the actual needs described were not met. They talked about space and improvements for the kids and mom and ended up with a very pricey bedroom and bathroom for themselves in the loft ....
the first house is a gem.. with or without DIY.. over a bit of time, this house will get you a Increase in value.. and you can put on your own stamp on the house.. and it's located on the beach..less or more..more 😂.. for me it wouldn't be a question..buy it or leave it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
They just needed a bedroom in the attic. Put the bathroom where the daughters room is and give her the bigger room where granny can stay. Kitchen diner where kitchen and bahroom were. Or put two bedrooms in attic. Bathroom should be on first floor. Putting it at top of house is repeating the same problem they have wih having it downstairs.
Did you miss the part where Phil says that if they put in the changes upstairs it would blow the entire budget and make it impossible to fix the downstairs problems by making a kitchen-diner in the current kitchen-bath space?
but..but what i not can understand is...why they don't go exactly like the plan-changings from Kirsty.. that what they do is practically almost the same..and..and they need to stretch up the tubs for the water higher up..and the coast are higher too.. go it with the plan..the water stays right at the left side in the kitchen..😂❤❤❤
