Gorgeous galaxy. I've owned six mustangs but have always been more of a galaxy, Fairlane, Torino and Mercury Cyclone guy. I've even owned a 68 Cougar XR7 which was my very first car. The galaxy reminds me of another hilborn fuel injected 427 cammer car, a Willys pickup truck that demolished everything street racing back in the day. What a pile of money your friend has in his FE. They are very expensive to build. My 428cj I built for my 67 Fairlane GTA had domed pistons and heads shaved about 13.5 to 1 compression ran it on 106 low lead aviation fuel from the rural airport ten minutes from my house. It ran 10.39/134mph @1/4. I've built a couple in my life, second one was for someone else spending their money. The coyote is a great powerplant for yours. I'm wanting to put a 598c.i./Kasse heads motor in my 98 Mustang GT. Great content.
Maaaaan I sure miss that west coast weather! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful day. Awesome scenery & a nice crowd. Coffee & a couple of fresh apple filled bear claws & hotrods🥰👍🏿🤘🏿
I drove a 1990 Mustang GT daily years ago and I could get up to 22 mpg as long as I stayed out of the throttle. It still ran high 12s in the quarter when I wanted it to. That's a bada** LX.
Hey. You're famous, now. I just watched your interview on T.V. when you showed up at the Ford Fest with your brown and white crew cab. That put a smile on my face.
Great video Craig, still wondering why you haven't blown up yet. So much great content. Have a great 2023 young man!! The folks that are here appreciate your hard work!! 😁👍👍💪💪
I've had a few stangs , but a Galaxy of that vintage eluded me. Now they're extremely pricey . I had a 84 stang & it was my favorite.. I bought a brand new 95 stang with the 5.0. The nxt yr they went to the 4.6 . (I think). The 5.0 was so sought after , I sold my 95 for what I paid 2 yrs later. Should've kept it... It was Laser red , which got a lot of compliments. All told I've had 11 mustangs from 1969 to 2006. My second car I owned was a 1976 Cobra... Not the most collectable , but with a few upgrades I made er' a screamer.. But my 1st car is still one of my fav's. A 73' Chevelle... Not highly collectable , but it was a beauty . She was red with red interior.. 350 , 4 speed . I pulled the stock 350 & dropped a high comp 350 out of a SS Nova . She was plenty fast & a dream to drive...
What's the story on that monster truck and what looks like a Corvette at the 2:27 mark? It looked like there were some other cool cars lining the street right before that too...
I daily drove my heads/intake/cam notch for years. Even made several CA-TX-CA trips in it. It was great and I'd love to have another Fox body to daily drive, maybe a 5.0L vert.
That Galaxie is beautiful but so is the music your Mustang makes. I'd be happy with either but want another short bed gen 6 Ford pickup to build as my last one was stolen in South Carolina and found stripped and burnt on I-95 in New York.
9:20 Dude if im not mistaken that's an E60 AMG they are woth a furtune. There is two for sale in germany currently. One for 100k and the other for 185k
So is it the actual ford fe 427 or a 351w bored and stroked to the "427" /431 cid. He said it's. Actually 431 cid. Don't look wide enough for the fe engine.
The Hammer was made in Saloon form, it's the one I first heard about (I was just out of high school and was bonkers for the tuner cars). They even made a few Estate versions.
Happy New Year! May 2023 bring you all the best. I am very interested in your Double Galaxy build. The second one is the most interesting to me. Cannot wait to hear the Galaxies and the truck make noise again. Oh that wonderful V8 RUMBLE.
Do you ever go to Grand Street in Escondido I've lived out here several times from South Carolina and I used to go every week when they had it during the summer I was a mechanic and Parts/ Billing clerk at Shop 66 and Classic Mustang
The Galaxy guy sounds like an Aussie ex-pat that been state side for a while. Gotta say, it'd be worth moving half way around the world to build a car that sick.
Hey Craig, I was just wondering what exhaust you have on the fox. I've got a 66 Galaxie with a 302 and I really like the way the fox sounds. Great video btw!
My dad bought a galaxy with the 352 Cleveland in it which the block is actually same as 427 Fe block I think it's the same block anyways he put that motor in a 1950 Ford truck it was pretty sweet this was when I was young probably 36 years ago
People don’t understand if your vehicle has power and you stay out of it you’ll get decent mileage. When your motor is making power it works less to push the vehicle down the road therefore your mileage improves
you must have the stock 19lb injectors in your fox cuz mine has 24lb injectors and the best fuel mileage ive ever gotten was 19mpg, i average around 14-15mpg
Dang Craig you'd get along with my neighbor when he fires up 66 mustang cobra or his 62 cadillac with ls swap. It definitely shakes the windows in the summer
Looked like the ole fox had to work pretty hard to break em loose off the rolling start, needs more motor and gearing. Just like mine does! Lol, awesome vid! Keep on truckin!
The Ford GT-40 was a Dan Gurney car, you can tell by the bump on the roof, Dan was 6' 4" and his helmet hit the roof. Not fun in a 24hr event.
That's definitely a bad ass car, too.
I think they did that to all of them the year he drove in case he had to switch cars. I could be mistaken tho
Actually it's called the Gurney bubble.
Dan required a tad more room.
You can get it on any Ford GT40 replica or continuation model as an option.

I sure am glad you're a Ford guy. Very cool Galaxie for sure. I'd love to run a stack injection 427 in my '65 Ranchero.
Holy shit, that Galaxie is gorgeous. Plus with the Roush 427, 6 speed and brake/suspension upgrades I'm betting it'd drive really nicely too.
Maaaaan I sure miss that west coast weather! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful day. Awesome scenery & a nice crowd. Coffee & a couple of fresh apple filled bear claws & hotrods🥰👍🏿🤘🏿

That sound from the gt-40! Incredible! The Galaxy is rad too!
Ford man here and GT owner driver.
I don't blame you that Galaxie is sweet!
Cool build. Those cars weight about 2 tons. I'm sure that small block shaved off about 400lbs. All it needs now is everything from a lightweight.
That Galaxie is perfection 🤌🏻
Hey. You're famous, now. I just watched your interview on T.V. when you showed up at the Ford Fest with your brown and white crew cab. That put a smile on my face.
I have a 62 500 XL convertible project, it's a complete rust bucket but I love it.
Those are nice my dad had a 500 XL Sunliner with the 406 tri-power
Great video Craig, still wondering why you haven't blown up yet. So much great content. Have a great 2023 young man!! The folks that are here appreciate your hard work!! 😁👍👍💪💪
Use Rain-ex to keep moisture from building up. Any moisture that gets on the windsheild outside will blow off clear, when driving.
14:30 Now that's a business coupe...
I don’t know if it was intentional but the shot at 5:30 with the Galaxie in front and your mustang in the mirror was just amazing!! chefs kiss 😚🤌🏽

Happy New Year Craig! I wish you lots of success in 2023 and I hope you can get all of rides running and looking like you want.
One of the coolest galaxies I've seen! Beautiful!
Awesome Galaxie owner sounds like he's an Aussie
I daily drove my heads/intake/cam notch for years. Even made several CA-TX-CA trips in it. It was great and I'd love to have another Fox body to daily drive, maybe a 5.0L vert.
Doesn’t the air flowing over those carbs Jack up the flow?
That Galaxie is beautiful but so is the music your Mustang makes. I'd be happy with either but want another short bed gen 6 Ford pickup to build as my last one was stolen in South Carolina and found stripped and burnt on I-95 in New York.

Sweet ride, My 66 was that Baby Blue & it's not My favorite color. But it really wouldn't matter what color that car is. It's Bad. 😎👌
Watching these makes me hate the Midwest winters haha
Galaxie front suspension is not garbage. You need to know how and what to do. Remember it ran Nascar near stock.
I've been watching your channel for years now a little bit before you had that school car show crazy how far you have come man keep up the great work
9:22 is a 500E Mercedes. 5.0 M119 V8 wide arch W124 built by Porsche.
The ford Contour was an awesome car. I used to love to watch them race the Mondeo in the BTCC in Europe. Nice video Craig.
Happy New Year! May 2023 bring you all the best. I am very interested in your Double Galaxy build. The second one is the most interesting to me. Cannot wait to hear the Galaxies and the truck make noise again. Oh that wonderful V8 RUMBLE.

Doing my thing on my Cougar. AFR heads, electric fans, 140v Alt, FiTech on an Edelbrock intake.
67-68 Cougars are the best!
Oofta, nice cars. I'm staring at 24" of snow so there is nothing fun on the roads right now.
A friend had a 406 6 bll.
Not as fast as my old 327 Chevy Ii
That’s a proper Galaxy
Out of all the cars it looks like the black fox body is having the most fun driving
Very nice Galaxy, well done!! Thanks for letting us be able to check it out. 🍻 Happy New Year!
That’s one Really Clean Ford Galaxy!!! Awesome video Craig!!! Also, Happy New Years!!!
That galaxy is just done right 👌🏽
Please get a Ford SVT Contour I always wanted a black one and put the 3.0 twin turbo V6 in it from the F-150 or Ford Taurus 3.5 twin turbo skate
I wish I knew what part of California you're in. I'd love to visit just to see these car shows.
Awesome car what beach is that I think I’ve been there when I lived in San Diego 20 years ago
What no kindling brother I’m been looking for an stick for an mopar
Sounds like mr galaxie is an aussie expat! awesome car for sure
Sweet Galaxie. I expected a FE engine but that Windsor probably chirps the tires good too!
I am not a ford guy, but you really changed my mind. Great job, a one of a kind build.
60’s Fords are cool
The Galaxy guy sounds like an Aussie ex-pat that been state side for a while.
Gotta say, it'd be worth moving half way around the world to build a car that sick.
Hey Craig, I was just wondering what exhaust you have on the fox. I've got a 66 Galaxie with a 302 and I really like the way the fox sounds. Great video btw!
Can't wait to see your 64 done and running! 🇺🇲👍
6 speed N/A Ford Fairlane. Absolutely perfect
My Gawd, that Galaxie is superb!!!
No wipers on a daily driver, makes sense.
Maybe put a turbo on it for better MPG, that'd make sense even more.
Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!
An Aussie in the USA great car
Love the color of that Galaxie, sick car abolsolutely love it. Thanks. Cheers. Can't wait to see yours.
happy new year. my 1994 f150 RCSB 4X4 XLT 5.0 5 SPEED gets 16-19mpg on a regular basis. its all how you drive them.
the 5.0 i put in my 63 Gal got 20mpg, even in that big old boat.
My dad bought a galaxy with the 352 Cleveland in it which the block is actually same as 427 Fe block I think it's the same block anyways he put that motor in a 1950 Ford truck it was pretty sweet this was when I was young probably 36 years ago
Yes 352 is a FE but has nothing in common with a 351 Cleveland
NASCAR throwback. But 12:1 or more compression? Hell 91 octane expensive enough, eh?
I dailyed a 90 gt for a few years it was great except for the sun roof leak
This was a fun video and I will agree that Galaxy is truly bad ass. Thank you for taking us along
Would definitely be interested in a video about the dailying the fox body
If you were up here in Western Washington you would definitely need windshield wipers.
Have you changed your gears in the mustang
People don’t understand if your vehicle has power and you stay out of it you’ll get decent mileage. When your motor is making power it works less to push the vehicle down the road therefore your mileage improves
48-50 F1 chillin in the garage.
you must have the stock 19lb injectors in your fox cuz mine has 24lb injectors and the best fuel mileage ive ever gotten was 19mpg, i average around 14-15mpg
WHATS UP CRAIG!!!!!
Happy New Year
Nice Galaxies you have as well as that Blue Beast in the video..cool coffee and cars scene as well.. 😎👍
Camera car just happens to be on of the best sounding v8s🤌🏻
Dang Craig you'd get along with my neighbor when he fires up 66 mustang cobra or his 62 cadillac with ls swap. It definitely shakes the windows in the summer
Love your Fox body. They are hard to find out east. All the rednecks have ragged them out, and what's left are rusted to being nonrestorable.
Great stuff thanks happy New Year. I look forward to another year of excellent content
Joe dirt! Joe dirt! Joe dirt! It is the best hair do going!
Your still coyote swapping yours right? They make stack injection itb for them
Was that a random lady feeling like she can just open the door and take a look?
that galaxie looks sick! something to keep in mind for yours!
What are the specs on the fox body wheels your running?
Guys an Aussie it seems.Nice cars.Get on the gas with your Galaxies!
My thoughts also, he sounds like an Aussie.
Is Old mate with the galaxy a Aussie?
Yes indeed Gorgeous Galaxy! Happy NewYear Bro !
The Galaxie owner looks like he was soft peddling it the whole way there. That’s the problem with old farts!
Looked like the ole fox had to work pretty hard to break em loose off the rolling start, needs more motor and gearing. Just like mine does! Lol, awesome vid! Keep on truckin!
Simply beautiful Galaxie💯🙌
Hell yeah. starting my 71 dodge dart build soon!
A FE would sound great in the red car.
Craig let’s have a video on windshield wipers 😂
Great vid and one sweet Galaxie. 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Love it, thanks for showing it!
Nice car. A chevy j rack swap would have been easier. Lmao
Windshield’s fogged up??? Clean it twice like you are about to tint it…. Should help a lot!
You’re exactly right, dirt attracts moisture. Cleaning them with water and then rubbing alcohol afterwards works really good
Great video man keep ‘em coming and happy new year
I’m the same way but its my Harley that set the world fight for me 4 hrs cruising around on her and everything is copacetic
That is a gorgeous Galaxy
Happy New Year
WANNNTTTTT.....Blue Oval lifeee
hey man just wondering when the f100 shirt is coming
