I love the cap on consecutive DAs on the floor. Gymnasts rolling on floor for 8 seconds straight is so boring. The lowered cap on DBs and DAs will benefit gymnasts who have good execution and artistry, but have troubles getting on the podium because of their lower D scores. Vedeeneva comes to mind (if she hasn't retired by then).
