She introduced many singers in 90's to Turkish pop like Sertab Erener, Levent Yuksel, Askin Nur Yengi and Yildiz Tilbe. She was supervisor of them and she gave around 500 songs to many singers as well. Meanwhile she changed her style and vocal technique abit from pop sound to more traditional sound. If you listen the songs from 80's you will understand the difference. Sezen Aksu is (in my opinion) one of the best singers Turkey has ever produced. Do a reaction to ‘sen aglama’, this is one of the greatest songs ever written and I don’t know why there isn't a reaction to it yet. It will take you on a journey, I promise.

She created the Turkish pop scene as we know it with her songwriting and talent scouting. Some of the most distinguished singers were discovered by her, including Şebnem Ferah and Sertab Erener. She also wrote many many songs for far too many artists, including international hits like Tarkan - Şıkıdım. In 2016, her songs were played by the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra. That's quite an honor for a Turkish artist singing in Turkish.
