I'm in the states and just went through a similar situation with Monument Metals. I ordered 3 of the 2023 Perth dragon bars and all 3 arrived heavily milkspotted. Now 2 weeks later they have sent me a return label to replace them. I must admit I was initially very disappointed because this was a first time customer order. Will advise on how the replacements look when I receive them. Thanks
Oof, I just made a large order with them including some dragon bars, a bit worried they may come in spotted now. Will be interested to hear how your replacements look. It's funny though, because I only switched to Monument Metals from BOLD Precious Metals (my usual place) due to a similarly bad experience. terrible quality product and wrong items on top of customer service so horrendous I had to file a BBB complaint just to get them to respond... Just wish it were easier to find sellers that actually check items before shipping. Do you have any other places in the US you like? Was thinking of maybe trying Bullion Exchanges.

I have ordered from Bold and fortunately havnt had a problem yet though I have noticed that Bold likes to play around with their premiums daily and sometimes hourly. I do like Golden State Mint. Sometimes they have some great deals on silver rounds in their deals section though they do take their time to ship the product. Watch out for Golden Eagle Coins. They sent me a counterfeit 2013 Silver Panda before. APMEX, JM Bullion and Provident are too expensive for my taste. Havnt tried Hero Bullion yet
Ok l had a really long call complaint call with them a few days back. Basically because so many complained and sent the 1oz celebration bar back they quarantined and withdraw any further sales on them until they fix the problem. I am still waiting for mine but l also got compensation from them, that was pretty good. I just called them about something else and they also told me they are now re striking the bars . You were lucky you got a good condition 10oz.
Refunding the exact amount you paid surely is potentially cheaper than replacing the item which may be more expensive than when originally purchased,.plus the post sending a replacement will be more expensive than a bank transfer .
As an added layer of protection I try to buy with a credit card whenever there may be a potential issue. Consumer credit rules then apply that make fit for purpose a thing etc.
I got a 10oz and 2 1oz bars from Chards, no problems at all, they look great 😊 Pity I can't say the same about the 1oz 2024 Silver Britannia I got with the same order... Almost the whole of Chuck's head is covered by 1 of 3 very large milkspots 🤨😐(which is no fault of Chards) Never had a milkspot problem before and a strange thing... the 2024 1oz Silver Britannia (single version) is not listed on the Royal Mints website at the moment 🤔🤔🤔

I ordered a few 10 oz RCM bars and one of them looks all dinged up with the finish going bad and the other one looks like it's been handled roughly. never ordered anything as advertised knew before that looked like this and I ordered from bouillon exchanges. normally everything I ordered for them looks perfect
Remember when you received that awful 1oz, l also told you to send in back in the comments, we have to fight for what’s right until they get the picture. Ps l also told them we had a huge community on telegram group and you tube and everyone is talking about them, not in a good way. Sometimes you have to be direct with them.

Check your account on royal mint website. They often refund directly to your investment balance and then you have to manually withdraw
