Good to see another video from you, Dave. I love brizy cloud. Moved away from wordpress since i don't have to think about updating anything,,, someone takes care of that! I agree it has its working-points but again, less updating-headache-stress-saving is worth it. Plus i love the roadmap they have planned out! Anyway, it has been my best business investment in 2020!
Brizy is next level! Thanks for making this video. I am so happy I have Brizy, its features really stood out for me. I use to use Elementor. I know they are not supposedly killing the Google page speeds at least on regular Brizy, but like you said, when they release a new feature they make sure it is done right!
@@dave-swift just got through the whole video, a couple of points on what you've said: - a bunch of improvements coming to menus, and other parts, copy paste style of text, there are some things that were not critical and we've choose to left them behind, but this year we'll circle back and focus on improvements more - all the dynamic content will show in the builder in 2 updates - advanced custom fields and assets builder are coming next (so all the dynamic content author, meta data, dates, and more is on the way.) - web-hooks coming in 1-2 updates, this will let you catch all sorts of events from the builder like a form submission for example and take the data into your custom app or tool (mostly for devs). - the CMS right now is only the foundation of what's to come (ACF, Asset builder, Shop, etc) I've noticed you mentioned something about templates in relation to blog posts. We have templating already there, but not in the traditional sense like how we are used in WordPress. You've actually used it for the headers and footers and know about it :), it is global blocks and display conditions. In your blog post you should have put the dynamic hero section global on All the Posts and only recreate the blog content. What you did works, but the dynamic content block (the one with the title and excerpt) is not global and if you want to change something later on you'll have to go through all of them individually. Anyway, we are trying a new approach for templates: dynamic content, global blocks and display conditions. Here is a blog example I've put together yesterday in a couple of hours: brizycloudcms.brizy.site/ (everything here is dynamic Brizy Cloud CMS made with global blocks and display conditions except the blog content).

Dave THANK YOU, what a great, full of information and straight to the point video! I have both Brizy Pro WP and Pro Cloud. I have a small pressure washing business and I wish I could see a specifically SEO Brizy Cloud Video. Thank you again.
Thanks Robson! Truth is that on-site SEO is not too complex these days as most software does a decent job of adding the proper meta data (as long as you fill out things like Title and Description. I'd love to see Brizy Cloud add schema support, I think that's where it's lagging most in the SEO department. (If you're not sure what schema is, there is a free course on SkillJet that I made about schema - skilljet.io/courses/schema-markup-guide/). The biggest thing for SEO now is just creating great content! Easier said than done. 👍
UPDATE: Dave, with your vast knowledge and the way you explain things, Brizy should hire you to be part of the team! Again, I got more knowledge and tips from this video than 30 ones that I watched, Thank you again man.
Concerning the blog single post layout… can’t you just design featured image & title once then make the section global and display only on single posts? Thus only the content would need to be added.
There is a glitch in Brizy when copying and pasting. Only works when done with the keyboard, not the mouse! Only copy and paste using Cntr - C, and Cntr V to paste --- on windows
@@dave-swift took a while to put the foundation in, there were many things to consider, but updates will come faster this year. Hope this gives some insight.
@@dave-swift Wonderful about to move on over to Brizy because I am frustrated with hosting storage limits and I am not too patient to figure out how to hook up github for free hosting with wordpress. Thank you so much for the reply!
Hello, I'm not Brizy but you can get Brizy Cloud as a white label option to resell here: www.brizy.io/brizy-cloud-white-label-resell-program/?ref=dave_swift (affiliate)
Not available right now, but you can save layouts and use them in a different project. Here is how you can duplicate projects: support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041770872-How-to-duplicate-projects- until we bring in the duplication option.
Hi AfroChic - Brizy lets you setup all relevant on-page SEO in the settings, but as far as I know, it doesn't support things like creating schema automatically.

Dman! Its more than 30 minutes for watching this video, more 30 to go 😅
Amazing video dave!
Thanks for bringing my average view time up! 😂
Great video! Thanks for sharing...Is there an option to duplicate projects?
No! Definitely needed. Right now you have to save pages or blocks and reuse them that way.
Great video! Could you show the use of custom CSS (on the settings page)?
You just add any CSS you want loaded across the site to that page.

@@brizywebsitebuilder Looking forward to it, especially the Custom Post Builder 😁
thanks for the tutorial. i have a question, why sometimes the blog post link cant be accessed/previewed (new post). do you have any idea, thank you
Does it have a blog? I think that's what kept me from going with it but I remember it looked amazing other than that.
Yes, look in the table of contents!
Damn I refunded my ltd in Nov. Happy to see this because the UI on Brizy is incredible.
Is there any storage limits? Like for when I have images in my blog
Unlimited storage and bandwidth. Individual files must be under 50MB.

You're welcome! Thanks for commenting, PinkLatte.
Can this be integrated with e-commerce or multi vendor e-commerce plugins ??
Brizy Cloud does not do ecommerce yet.
You'd need to look at the Brizy WordPress plugin for ecommerce. profitable.tools/get/brizy (affiliate)
By the way awesome - really good for creating websites with some difference -
I want to know if Brizy Cloud can now clone a duplicate project?
No duplicate option on my end!

Will there be a builder panel in other languages? Let's say in Russian?
There isn't yet. Multi-language sites is also a suggested feature on their road map, but I don't see any indication it's coming soon.
