We had a nurse join sessions last year (I heard her speak during one of the voluntary comment breaks). Really great to have such dedicated healthcare members. It most certainly would not be an issue. That's the convenience of an online class. And, there aren't any assigned reading (unless you have Robbins) per se, but there is a slides lab that you can work on your own or in a small group throughout the year. Start early on that.
And there we go again. To infinity and beyond! Oh, before I forget, one request: please show us some videos with the iguanas and tell José (I think that's his name) that he did great by assisting you last year! Hugs from Brazil!
Probably nothing. You will not be penalized, but if you want a certificate at the end, you need to watch almost all the sessions on your own time. Additionally, to get a recommendation from Dr. Minarcik, you will need to pass an oral (about ten questions) from the lab that you do on your own or in a small group. Congrats on your MD-PhD candidacy, by the way! Really impressive.
This is my question as well. I work nights in pathology and am very much looking forward to furthering my knowledge but might not be able to attend during the live session. I will eagerly keep up with the readings and watching archived sessions, though.
Thank u sooooo much sir for sharing your knowledge. This is really awesome. You made it so easy to understand histology and Pathology. Love from Pakistan!
What happens if I drop the course in the middle of lessons? 'cause i'm attending also a Md-PhD at my university and I don't know if date will be overlapping... thanks in advance
Your videos are incredible and has made a huge impact on me and my fellow medical students here in Norway! :D
You should, definitely. I did last year. He is such a great teacher and human!
