I really like the way that thumb is set up! That's perfect for loading trucks or for any situation you need to lift high, because you can curl your bucket out without dropping your load. On the other hand the thumb disconnects with the bucket so you don't need to fool around with it when you are running a hammer, a shear or a pulverizer. I've been told the Volvo reduced tail swing excavators are build by Doosan, but i'm not sure about that.. Does anybody know?
Just got done watching Bobby Goodson's video "Early Truck Updates and a Visit" that he released today. Looks like he got the jump on you with a full video. Bobby seems to be a good guy - as do you ! LOL M&M Demolition seems to be VERY successful. I don't know how they can afford that much equipment on such a small site, Either that or they are large contractors with a shortage of work. Everything got put on one site! The 700 Volvo reminds me of a EX700 Hitachi Mass Excavator we had.with an 8 cy bucket. We had a 5 year job to justify its purchase though. We also had an EX1200 Hitachi Mass Excavator ( 225,000 pounds ) on another 5 year job. That was a BIG machine !
Man i can't imagine how much it cost to equip it like thst. Demo work must pay wayyyy more than excavating. Bad ass lookin tractor no doubt. Wish i could run 1 that nice ery day
Had a JP8 fuel bath and hydraulic oil bath before. JP8 once it touches your skin it feel like it is on fire. Just constant heat no matter how much water you pour on you. Great videos please keep them coming. Glad you made the trip up to Bobby's. Can't wait to watch you with them
I think I would advise against anyone experiencing a scalding hot hydraulic oil bath; it gets on your skin and seems to burn its way under your skin and you cant wipe it off = it is not a fun day when that happens.

Sweet machines, but I just can't see painting them black. It makes them look old and it attracts heat.

You should be giving all the free equipment!
You need to buy one of these to help work around your place. That way the Kabota could get a rest from the grueling work it has been completing

I'm trying to buy that cat 320 with a thumb he has whats worse than a hydraulic bath is a 85 140 gear oil bath
I drive a quick coupler looks like a great . Curious how it's gonna hold up with the hydraulic connections inside the coupler
