Bamboo Duck Noodle Soup is My New Phở Alternative | Bún Măng Vịt

In this food travel vlog, I try bamboo duck noodle soup (bún măng vịt) for the first time. I eat this unique, traditional Vietnamese noodle soup at a street food vendor in Cô Giang Ward, District 1, Saigon. This noodle soup is a welcome alternative to the usual phở or bún bò huế meal.
The exact location is the corner of Cô Bắc Street and Đề Thám Street, District 1, HCMC.
The soup is made with a slightly sour broth and filled with fresh rice noodles, tender duck meat, and surprisingly soft pieces of bamboo.
I eat this delicious Vietnamese street food lunch with the company of some friendly local Vietnamese on their lunch break. I also give you my signature Dank Rank Food Review.
