    In Korea, it is easy to make and eat as a side dish.
    can make it with clams.
    I tried to make it a little spicy with peppero,
    but I think it would be better if it was spicier.
    [ingredient]
    Clams 800g, peperoncino, Garlic, Pepper, Soju, Butter, parsley
    [recipe]
    1. Drain clams and sprinkle salt.
    2. Stir-fry sliced garlic, butter, and peppero on a pan.
    3. Add the clams that have been dissected.
    4. Add clams and stir-fry.
    5. Add 2/3 of soju.
    6. Sprinkle with parsley.

    해감을 충분히했고 꽤 많이 끓였는데 쓴맛은 조금있더라구요 그리고 소금을 안넣으니까 아예 싱거워서 못먹겠던데 간을 따로 안하셨나요? 저는 굵은소금 몇꼬집넣고 다시다도 넣어서 맛이좀 나더라구요

      청양고추를 넣으셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요~페퍼론치노 5개 대신 청양고추 2개 비율로 자주 넣으시는 것 같아요. 네이버에 바지락술찜 고추 로 검색하시면 고추넣어서 만드는 법도 나와요! :)

      원래는 기본재료 빼고는 다른건 넣지 않아요~ 담백하고 얼큰하게 먹는 요리라 ㅎㅎ.. 자극적인걸 좋아하시면 페퍼론치노를 더 넣어주시거나 다른걸 한번 넣어보셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요.

    소주넣을때 종이컵으로 한컵넣으면 되나요??
    소주랑 물 양을 종이컵으로 계량하려구 하는데 얼마나 되나해소요ㅠㅠ

      소주 넣으실 땐 영상처럼 3분의 2 정도가 잠기게 넣어주시면 되세요~너무 많이 차이나지 않게 눈대중으로 넣어주시면 됩니다 ^^ 박나래씨도 저도 그냥 자박자박하게 잠길 정도로만 했거든요! 어차피 소주는 알코올이 날아가버리는 동시에 비린내를 좀 없애주는 용도라고 알고있어서.... 불안하시면 120ml~70ml 정도로 맞춰주셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요! 이건 다른분들 레시피 좀 참고한건데 혹시 좀 부족해보인다~ 싶으면 더 넣으셔주셔도 됩니다. 종이컵 한컵이 180ml정도 라고 알고있으니 종이컵 기준 반보다 조금 넘게 / 혹은 반이 좀 안되게 넣어주시면 될 것 같아요~ :)
