He's going to have to work bloody quickly, because if they are talking as though the All Black pack is going to dominate yet they have lost all of the trench fighters (bar Barrett) and will need to replace them with new guys who have never been tested and never come up against the English, Irish, French or South African packs. Since SA and Arg left Super Rugby, the faster and more skilled forwards started looking good but that's not how international rugby is played and you have got to first create the platform for these guys to operate from.
I don't quite see the Roigard connection to Dupont, but he reminds me a hell of a lot of the South African legend of yesteryear, Joost van der Westhuizen, which is high praise from Africa!
Stop Coming with all these New Rule changes to try to get New Zealand back ontop of Rugby World. The Rules were fine when you guys were winning and now that you not you trying to change the rules to suit you to get you to winning ways.
I dont think its a bad idea for NZ to select their oversea based players. Yes their star players would play their rugby abroad, but every star player that is out of the local klub system gives room for new talent that would not have been givin the chance in the first place. It just makes the player pool bigger.
Pity Cam got injured. One never wants to see that. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. But, having said that, if he's the only 9 the panel can get excited about then New Zealand rugby is indeed in trouble. Here in South Africa we have at least six top-class scrumhalves to pick from. And they're all magnificent players.
We still got Finlay & Perenara from the ABs, plus some untested promising club-level players. Roigard just brought something new to the jersey, a real physicality. Not many 9s out there who can consistently muscle their way past multiple defenders.
@@icefarrow7959 Damn! Pity your most exciting 9 to watch won't be watched for some time. The others, I have to say, sadly, are all rather boring. 😂😂😂😉 (Joking mate).
@@icefarrow7959 Considering his current situation, he wasn't all that consistent mate. As a small scrumhalf you need to also be consistently smart and careful! 😂😂😂😉 (Joking mate).
This show has 1 decent commentator and its not the idiot .. what's his name ... that brings down the quality of the show and degrades the why every viewer sees NZ. what a shame
NZ rugby is fine. The problem are these guys and people like Ardie Savea, that is lobbying for that elegibility rule change for his own benefit at the cost of a lot of talent that will suffer from the consequences of such changes.
The Breakdown was mostly The Beauden Barrett Praise & Worship Show. TJ Perenara and Cortez Ratima are the only serious candidates. Fakatava has been too hot and cold and he has been crap in all the games in the Black jersey.
Get rid of the two “ useless “ ones and build a new team around Mills . As a Springbok supporter who has always respected the AB’s ….these 2 knuckleheads are destroying all respect and integrity for AB’s …what a joke !!!
For sure NZ rugby has big problems ahead. Plainly put it's becoming "inbread rugby" with no competition for its teams! Just look at the latest super rugby games scoreboards!
He was the real deal back then, best in the world in his position for a long time. Was one of the first to bring power and size as well speed to the wing archetype
New Zealand rugby is fine but The Breakdown has serious problems.
How can you not recall Antoine DuPonts name?!?
Epic fail brother!🤔💀💀😬👎👎🙈🙈🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
I think he was joking.
Kiwi humour you sensitive little twurp
His head is to far up his arse that's why
I came to the comments section for this 😂
This panel reminds me of that midday show in America for bored fishwives in America. I believe it’s called The View.
The transcendent intellects who want to ruin rugby because they’re bored don’t know the name of Napolean BonaPont.
Kirwan is the Kiwi version of Clive Woodward…who is the English version David Campesie
Don't worry guys. JK will have the rules changed until the ABs can't lose by law

The voice of reason and sensibility, amongst the two old women.

Living in the south of France and notice the staciums here are nearly full for a club match. Auck v Canterbury? 10% full where have the fans gone?
Only want to watch ABs. I’m in Rodez, where are you?
Whats that french Guys Name🤔
Its disrespectful hey 😂😂😂 exudes a bit of arrogance!???
The worst group of rugby “experts” ever
amen to that
Cant stand Kirwin, He might be the worst of the lot
@@MrVenom5150I don't know mate, Goldie certainly gives him a lot of competition for that spot!
Uggy is better than them all
I dont know the Irish ones from the WC come pretty close too LOL
JKs such a muppet, ffs. What’s our “world player of the years” name??
Kirwin and Jeff. The Cheech and Chong of NZ rugby.
What happened to it just being the 3 guys on this show? Was it going poorly so they needed to add someone?

Hes not the only world-class 9 we have, just the most exciting one to watch, y'know? Idk if that makes sense, hopefully you get what i mean 😅

Duponts knee was destroyed 7 years ago, worse and the injury you’re discussion. Now look at him. If the work is good enough, he’ll be just as good.

JK - just showing how ignorant he is....
Of all the players it had to be Cam Roigard to get a long term injury, terrible news, a real shame
Stop trying to Innovate the game when no one wants to watch NZ rugby and Super Rugby

The View.

South Africa has about 6 scrum halves to choose from. Also the super rugby is not at the level it should be.

TJ, Finlay and Cortez....leave out Fakatava
With our grammar, yes. I hear O'Reilly died. Oh, really? No, O'Reilly. Do/Does.
Aaron Smith's successor out for 6 Months
The answer is no. NZ were just in a World Cup final.
Super Rugby is dead, not even your own fans are watching, we welcome all New Zealand players to Europe
Does*
Why is JK famous ?
How old are you? 12?
He's a legend of NZ rugby.
Transformed wing play when he came into the Akl team from some 3rd grade Marist club team.
He played in RWC 1987 when I was 3 years old, so before my time.
He was the real deal back then, best in the world in his position for a long time. Was one of the first to bring power and size as well speed to the wing archetype
Now I know
😂😂
The rugby 🤡 show with Kirwan the frog.
